[Hongbin Imagine] The Engagement

Time flies and before you knew it; it was the almost the end of 2014 and whilst you look back at the series of events that happened throughout the year of 2014, despite the occasional sad moments, you were largely contended with you what you had; because you have your boyfriend Hongbin to be there as your pillar of strength and support.

You have been dating Hongbin for a couple of years, even before he debuted as a member of VIXX. Ever since he became an idol, it was difficult for both of you to spend lots of time together but despite the physical distance between you two, Hongbin had always made an effort to drop a text or a phone call whenever he can, showering you the love that you deserved. On your part, you have been a supportive girlfriend, attending their fan meets and concerts whenever you could and give him the strength he needs; being there for him when he is feeling down or when fatigue gets to him.

It came as a surprise when he decided to ask you out on 31 December 2014; which made you extremely puzzled because you knew not only it was the festive season, it was the busiest period for idols with the yearend performances. You had never spend a countdown with him before and you were looking forward to that day, despite the fact that both of you will be counting down at MBC Entertainment, as he would be performing at MBC Gayo Daejun that very night.

You sat there patiently as you noticed the scurrying of the makeup artists and coordinators from one corner of the dressing room to the other corner. It was the last day of 2014 and you had dropped by MBC entertainment bright and early so that you could spend the whole day with your boyfriend. You were contented with sitting there staring at your boyfriend lovingly as he prepared for the performance with the rest of the members. You were staring so hard at his back view while he sat at the makeup area, allowing the makeup artist do her work when N suddenly took a seat beside you; causing you to jump in surprise.

"Am I that scary?" N joked as you quickly shook your head, embarrassed for your reaction while N decided to talk to you while he was waiting for his turn to do his makeup.

While your relationship with Hongbin had been kept a low profile as much as possible, the rest of the members had been extremely supportive. In fact, it had become the responsibility of Ravi and N to convey messages to you whenever Hongbin was too busy to do so, and thus naturally, you had become closer to the two as compared to the rest.

"So... it's been almost four years, isn't it?" N said suddenly as you looked at him with a confused expression.

"I mean you have been dating Hongbin for four years, if I didn't remember wrongly?" N continued as you nodded your head upon realizing what he was referring to.

"Yes it's already four years. Time flies isn't it? I mean, I started dating him before you guys even debuted and now, look at where you guys are! Winning awards and being so popular locally and internationally! As a fan I am so proud of you guys!" You commented as N chuckled.

"And I am sure we have to thank you for that. To be honest, I doubt Hongbin would be able to come this far without your constant support. I am sure he would had never picked up acting have you not spur him on to do so." N replied as you felt yourself blushed from what the leader had said.

"Anyway, I hope you can stay by his side forever and ever, if you know what I mean." N said suddenly, giving you a wink just as the makeup artist called his name, indicating that it was time for him to put on his makeup.

As you sat there giving N an extremely puzzled look, Hongbin sat beside you and placed his hand on your shoulder and pulled you close.

"Is something the matter?" He asked as you looked at him to notice him staring at you lovingly.
