(OMG SORRY FOR NOT POSTING IN FOREVER!! I WAS SO BUSY WITH SCHOOL!!)
Len's POV:
I stood face to face with Kaito. Damn, he looked serious, but I was too. Miku and I had went to elementary school together, I've known her longer than him, so that gives me an advantage. But, there's no way I'll measure up to him -literally- he's taller than me. If anything l was the shota type. He was the princely type, judging by his looks, height, his blue hair and eyes, he's the kind of guy who probably has plenty of fangirls."Well I wish you good luck," Kaito said with a kind smile. I was the observant type, I could tell he was actually being nice, his smile wasn't fake one bit. He then turned to leave, he had waved back at me before getting hit slapped on the head. The guy that had slapped Kaito had purple hair which was pulled into a long ponytail. That guy must be Gakupo, without a doubt.
"Oi, where the hell were you?! Come on we have to go!" Gakupo yelled at Kaito. Gakupo had grabbed Kaito by the back of his shirt and started to drag him.
"Itai itai!" Kaito was whining as Gakupo pulled him. The whining had stopped when they entered the cafeteria.
(Itai/痛い = hurts/it hurts)I watched them until they were out of sight. I let out a sigh and walk to my locker. I put my music note book, if only things had gone my way in that class, then I'd be able. to get closer to Miku. Though, I don't think that working with Rin will be that bad. After all, her and I seem to be getting along well.
I close my locker, with my lunch in hand. I glance over at the cafeteria door, I kinda don't want to go in there because I saw Kaito and who ever that crazy purple haired dude was enter. I want somewhere quiet to eat my banana in peace. I look around and spotted the door to the school roof. Perfect. I climbed up the stairs and opened the door to the roof. There was no one there, I walked towards the fence to get a good view of the school grounds. I started pealing my banana, when I heard the door open again. I slightly turn my head to see who was there.
"Oh..um, Len-kun, fancy seeing you up here," she said, her voice gentle and soft.
"Hi," I said smiling at her. It was silent for a while, just awkwardly standing there until I broke the silence. "You didn't want to eat in the cafeteria?" I questioned. She nodded.
"I'm sorry if I was bothering you, I'll go find another spot to eat since you were here first," she said and turned to leave.
"W-wait!" I said, I automatically stepped out and grabbed her gently by the wrist. She turned back to face me again with questioning eyes. "Um, you can stay if you want too," I said slowly letting go of her wrist. She stayed quiet thinking about it for a second then nodded. We sat down and ate our lunches together silently. I soon finished my banana, that was really all I had.
"Is that all you have for lunch?" she asked, I nodded in response. "Oh.., um here! You can share some of my lunch," she offered her bento to me.
"No, I'd hate to-" I began, but my words were soon cut off by her's.
"No, I insist," she said, her face looked serious, while her words sounded so gentle. I couldn't help but agree.
"In that case, thank you for the food," I said as she handed me an extra pair of chopsticks and her bento box. I began eating it. The rice had a perfect texture, while the vegetables and meat had a great verity of flavour. "This taste really good! Did you make this yourself?"
"Yep! I'm glad you like it, this is the first time someone has ever tasted my cooking so I was pretty nervous," she said with an innocent smile while scratching the back of her head. Wait, so you mean that I'm the first person to ever taste her cooking?! Just knowing this small little detail made me feel special in a way I can't even explain. Soon lunch ended and we had to go our separate ways.
I had physical education with, yep, you guessed it - the blue haired idiot himself - Kaito. I glared at him, he seemed to notice me as well and glared back. "You again!" We both yelled in unison. That must have been really loud because we got stares from all sorts of directions. We stood face to face and glared at each other. Though we couldn't really stand face to face since the fact I'm shorter than him. Now that I think about it, am I the shortest guy here?!
"Can you two stop glaring at each other and get changed into your P.E. uniforms already?!" The teacher yelled at the two of us.
"Y-y-yes sir!" we both said in unison again and rushed to the change room. We quickly changed, not saying a word to each other. We stepped back onto the field and looked around by the looks of it we were running laps. Kaito ran past me, damn that bastard already running ahead while I haven't even started yet. I began to sprint the catch up to him and try to surpass him. We were neck and neck, not that this was a race or anything but we eventually lapped everyone else. I glared at Kaito, and he seemed to glare at me to while we were running. Every time I speed up he'd catch up, same happened to him whenever he tried to run past me.
