Astoria's mess had gone from bad to worse. She wasn't sure how it happened, but somehow she had ended up kissing Draco Malfoy. It was as if he had a strange hold on her. She couldn't bear to think of leaving. She couldn't think that she was never going to kiss her again, that he was never going to hold her again and yet that was exactly what she had come up here to do.
Then why was she here, on his bed, curled up beneath him and he kissed her passionately. There should be a million alarms going off in her mind, she'd never kissed a boy this way before. Draco held himself in check.
The last thing he wanted was to frighten her. He kissed her softly, making sure not to let his hand roam.
Much later, Astoria's breathlessness was what brought him back to reality. She'd let out a gasp of surprise when Draco involuntarily move his hand over her. Astoria quickly sprang away from the bed and Draco sat up.
"No, no, no. This can't be happening." She said, reality creeping up on her. Draco shook his head and began to walk towards her.
"Astoria..." He began but she moved away from him frantically.
"No." She said. Draco grew impatient, running his fingers through his gorgeous hair.
"I thought you said you had an answer." He said, finally growing irritated.
"I do, and it's no. No, I won't break up with Greg. And you can do whatever you want, just not with me." She said, turning to storm out of the room but Draco grabbed her arm and stopped her.
"No? No? Wait, so you come all the way up here, snog me for the last hour, practically end up in my bed and your answer is No?" He said, angrier than Astoria had ever seen him.
Astoria looked ashamed. She couldn't believe how she had behaved.
"And I'm just supposed to accept that? You're too bloody busy thinking about Greg and Daphne, you forget I have feelings too." He snarled between his teeth. It was true, Astoria had inadvertently played with his feelings.
"I'm sorry." She stammered but Draco let her go.
"Get out." He said, turning away from her. Astoria ran out of the room, her heart pretty much in a million pieces.

Astoria sat outside by herself, wondering how it had come to this. This wasn't her- she was a better person. She had allowed herself to be swept off her feet.
'I have to stop this' she thought. she'd made up her mind to completely forget about Draco Malfoy. She was going to focus on being the type of girl that Greg deserved.
"There you are." She turned to look at Greg who was sitting next to her now. Astoria had not been at dinner.
He reached out for her hand but she pulled it away.
"I'm sorry, i'm just cold." She said lamely, rubbing her hands together. Greg smiled, getting closer and putting his arms around her. She inhaled deeply, taking in his sent. It was so easy to feel safe with him.
"Of course you're cold, it's freezing out here. Shall we go back inside then?" He asked, standing. Astoria nodded as she followed him in. He walked her in the general direction of the Slytherin dungeon.
"I'm sorry Greg, for making this such a weird weekend." She said, deciding she would not tell him what happened.
"You have nothing to be sorry about. You felt ill, that's all." Astoria wrapped her arms around Greg, hiding her face against his chest.
