Ivy's POV
While we were eating, I'm really glad that everyone welcomed me and I enjoyed the company of Cedie. Well, we talked about the past and our career today. After eating, another guest arrived. "Hey guys, sorry I'm late. So, what had I missed?" The stranger said. When I turned back, I saw the person who was talking and and leave me shocked.

Ivy's POV
Even if many years gone by, hearing his voice makes me feel numb and it feels just like yesterday, full of sadness, hurt and pain. "Are you okay? You're already spacing out. Is something's bothering you?" Cedie said with the full concern in his looks.
"I'm okay. I'm perfectly alright." I smiled in reply. While we were talking, a person suddenly appeared before us, that person is no other than Theodore himself, who claims to be one of the best friends of Cedie in college days.
He approached us and said, "Hey Cedie! Nice seeing you in good shape. How was your work?"
"Oh hey man! Nice seeing you too. Everything's fine, though we had bundles of paper works to do." After that, Cedie gave Theodore a welcome hug and had their own weird handshakes. Theo noticed me, we had a moment of awkward silence and when our eyes met with each other I had feel his electrifying stare that makes me feel conscious and shy.
"So who's this beautiful lady beside you? Care to tell me her name?"He gave me his signature smile that can make any woman drool in front him while showing me his perfect set of white teeth and grinning against Cedie. I saw the reaction of Cedie towards Theo and protectively cover me behind him.
"Well..." While he waiting for my answer, Cedie cut in and said, "Her name is Ivy and she's off-limits, Okay!" "Chill dude. I'm just asking for her name, okay?"
"Hey, it's okay, it is just for formality sake. There's no need to fuss about it." I said to him with convincing voice and cause me to form a pout on my lips. "Alright, if you need something. Okay?" Cedie said .
