My father awakens me. I rise with traces of sleep failing to escape my eyes. My brothers were up and ready to go home. As was I. We made our way out of the cave. I could feel the warm morning sun, coating my scales with the warmth of a mother to her babies.
"Is it time yet mother?" My brothers chant. "Soon my darlings, we must wait until your brother is awake enough to travel home." Mother speaks softly, with a hint of... fear? Yes, fear! What could she be afraid of? Everything will be ok. We will make it home! Everything will be fine... right?

We start our descent as soon as father says it's safe. As I look below, it is foggy. I wished the fog would clear up so I could see what the ground looked like after the flood. The time it took to go down was a lot faster than the trip up. We were on the floor now and it was wet and muddy. The fog, still obscuring my vision, is thick as I try to pry my eyes through the wall of gray before me. Soon I see the entrance to our home, or what was left. Everything was a mess. It looked like one of those harsh spinny-winds had torn through the place. Some of our home was over here, while some was there. I could not bear to look at it like this. Now I understand the fear in Mother's voice before. She was afraid of this. And now, so was I.

After we got our Nasutoceratops' friends to help clean up, we had now realized that there was no putting our place we once called home back together. My Father looked at me and said "Son, there is something that I have to tell you, but you may not like it..." My Fathers tone was steady and calm. "We must migrate to new lands in search of a new place to call home." His voice was loud enough now that all of us could hear. The twins looked at Mother. "New home?" They ask at the same time. Mother shushes them. They understood her need of silence. I knew now that me had to leave. Even if we are to lose everything. All that counts is that we are together... As a family
