Caleb's POV:
We're turning the corner to the main entrance. The first thing I see is Kad. And not normal Kad; he's black and flaring more than normal. The others look different too.
Katlin's hair is on edge, her claws are sharper, fangs bigger, and blouse looks ... prettier for some reason. Chris looks creepier now. His strings have specks of darkness in them, he (himself) looks deep black, and glowing white eyes. And Vitana, her hair is metal, a steel dress (again not poofy and big), metal boots, and a mask and gloves made of metal.
"Look who showed up to the party." Kad says. He looks straight at us. He's shooting darkness straight into people. The darkness gets absorbed by the mummy rap. When their completely dark, the mummy floats to the ground, and the wraps fall off.
The person inside looks just like when Kad's father turned that innocent man into ... that. "This is how my father SHOULD of done it. One step at a time, but no! He doesn't listen to me. But now that he's gone, we can do it my way. Get them!" He says.
The others run at us. I fly at Vitana, I have unfinished business with her. She runs at me with sharp metal gloves again. I turn my hands to lasers, and I punch her in the stomach. That knocks her back, but she gets up and uses the metal floating around her to make two flat sheets of metal. Then she moves them next to me. She's going to flatten me! I fly up before the metal smashes me.
I shoot lasers out of my wings, which hit, making her fly back into Kad, knocking them both down. They crash to the floor with a boom. "What are you doing?!" He yells at her. "Trying to stop your archenemy!" She yells back. Then she gets up and throws her gloves at me. They turn into spikes in midair. I shoot them to smithereens. Vitana was surprised. So she calls back the metal sheets, and molds them into her new, giant metal gloves.
"This is better." She says. She punches forward and flies directly at me. The punch, punches me back into the wall.
My vision is blurry now. I see Vitana walking towards me. She pulls her arm back and says, "Night."

Brandon's POV:
I'm fighting Chris with Giovanni, when I see Caleb fly past us and slam into a wall. Vitana walks past, but I'm too preoccupied with Chris, I couldn't stop her.
I try zapping him, but he keeps blocking with his strings. Suddenly, behind me I hear a BANG! I turn around to see Vitana's glove is crushing Caleb. Then I get hit with one of Chris's stings. I get off balance, and fall.
Then his strings start wrapping around me. "Oh no you don't!" and I then I release a electrical pulse. Suddenly, the lights go off. "Oops. I must have turn the power off." I say. You can still see because off the skylight windows.
The strings are off me, that's the 'good' news. The 'bad' news is Giovanni's getting wrapped into a mummy. I grab the flail attached to my arm, and swing it at Giovanni. That breaks all the wrapping off him.
Then I swing at Chris; it slams him in the head. You can see some blood flowing down his head.
I hit Vitana with my flail in her side. She tumbles sideways, but catches herself. Then she lunges with her metal fists. I shock her violently (because of the metal) and she falls to the ground.
"Whew." I say. I run over to Caleb. Giovanni is already there. Caleb's right wing was broken in half, his body was all bruised, and blood was flowing down his leg.
