Dr. Harrison was still curled up in a ball when he heard rapid footsteps coming from the lobby. He sprung up.

"Aaron?" He asked."Aaron! Are you there?" He was running down the cold dark halls and reached the lobby. There was Aaron, with a black shirt, blue pants, and a wild, scared look in his eyes. Dr. Harrison ran over to him.

"Aaron!" Harrison shouted.

"Shh!" Aaron slapped his hands to Harrison's mouth, causing them to fall. "They're gonna hear you!" Dr. Harrison pried off Aaron's hands and asked,

"Who's going to hear us?"

A pounding came from the door. A loud pounding.

"OPEN UP! THIS IS THE POLICE! WE KNOW YOU HAVE THE BOY IN THERE WITH YOU! WE WILL NOT HESITATE TO USE FORCE!" Dr. Harrison's eyes went wide with fear.

"Shit! How did they find you?!" Dr. Harrison asked.

"I was running to my house to get a different tube of toothpaste, but someone saw me. I ran back here, but they followed me. I'm sorry." Aaron hung his head and looked as if he was a little boy who stole candy from a store.

Dr. Harrison grabbed hi shoulders. "It's not your fault. Well, it kind of is."

"Harrison!" Aaron shouted.

"OPEN UP!" They had forgotten about the police. There was a banging on the door. The metal, heavy doors bent open. The two could see five policemen standing outside.

"What do we do?!" Aaron asked.

"Hide." Aaron didn't do anything. "Hide, Aaron! I have a plan! But you have to play along." Harrison shouted. Aaron still didn't move. The door burst down, letting in a blinding ray of light. "DAMMIT, AARON, HIDE!" Dr. Harrison grabbed Aaron and yanked him up by his shirt. He pushed Aaron down the hall. The policemen ran in with their guns pointing down.

"Where's the boy, Harrison? And what have you been doing to him?" The policeman demanded.

"You are not taking my son!" Harrison lied. The policeman scoffed.

"He's not your son."

"I would never hurt my son." Harrison proclaimed.

"Where the hell is he?!" The policeman yanked Harrison up by his lab coat and punched him in the nose, knocking off his glasses.

"I--I don't know." Harrison stuttered.

"Search this damn place! Every inch!" The policemen dispersed around the asylum. Moments later, two of them dragged a kicking and screaming boy from a room down the hall.

"Let me go, you bastard! LEMME GO! Let me go!" Aaron shouted.

"Aaron!" Dr. Harrison shouted. The policeman had his attention focused on Harrison so he didn't notice when Aaron slipped out of the two policemen's' grasp.

"The little bastard got away!" One of the men said.

"It doesn't matter right now! We have Harrison." The officer yelled "I'm gonna kill him when I find him." He mumbled under his breath. The man turned to Harrison.

"Now, I'm very familiar with who you are. It's best to cooperate with me and not try to resist."

"Fuck you." Harrison whispered under his breath.

"What was that?!"

Harrison looked straight into the officer's brown eyes and repeated himself. "Fuck you, officer Jones!"

The officer spun around and kicked Dr. Harrison in the face. Blood poured from the surgeon's nose and cheek. He slumped down to the ground. The officer chuckled.

"Now you know very well damn that I don't appreciate vulgarity of any kind." The officer brushed off his hands. "Take him away." The men dragged Harrison into a police car and drove away.

But they didn't notice Aaron sneaking into Harrison's room to hide.
