Aaron was curled up, hidden behind the asylum's outer wall. He had slipped out the back door and was panting beside a bush. They took Dr. Harrison! What was Aaron supposed to do? He tried to gather his thoughts, but they kept slipping away from him. Where was he supposed to go? Aaron pressed on his temples. He was getting a migraine. Great. Aaron could hear the police cars driving away and a long string of cursing about how Officer Jones couldn't find the "damn kid." The sirens eventually faded off into the distance, along with Dr. Harrison.

Aaron was conjuring up thoughts when he heard a vibrating noise on his hip. It was his phone. Dr. Harrison had brought it from his house. He looked and saw his mom was calling him. 193 missed calls. From his mom and dad. Aaron couldn't answer now, he had almost been ripped from the asylum and stuck in a car with a man he, suddenly very much, cared about. He waited for the vibrating to stop, switching to a lock screen with two smiling faces. Both with green eyes, but one with browner hair and one with a crazy purple mass of something. Aaron smiled nostalgically. He had to find a way to get back Dr. Harrison. But he needed to hide somewhere. Luckily he knew just the place.

"Answer me, Harrison! Where is he?!" Officer Jones slammed his meaty fist on the table again as a crazy-looking man smiled.

"I already told you, he isn't with me. I sent him back to his mom."

"Dammit, Harrison! He's not your SON!" The officer's face was almost as red as a cherry. Dr. Harrison chuckled.

"Yes, he is. I've already explained it." His green eye sparkled with mischief.

"Alright, then, "Jones's voice was frustrated, "if he's your son, then why don't we do a little DNA test, huh?" Dr. Harrison's face turned pale. "If he is your son, then I'll let 'cha go. But if he isn't, I get to put a bullet through your head. Sound fair?" The officer's grin leered at Dr. Harrison, who shrunk in his chair.

"Fine." Harrison gulped. The officer smiled.

"One more thing. You don't drink, do you?" His breath stank of alcohol.

"No." Dr. Harrison looked small compared to the bulky officer.

"Good. We don't need any shit screwing with your system." The officer opened a door. Two other men stepped in. "Take him to the ER room." Dr. Harrison's eyes went wide with fear.

"What? No, we're going to do a DNA test." The men grabbed Harrison's shoulders. "A DNA test!" Harrison ran from the men's grip towards the door. Officer Jones grabbed his shirt and slammed him down on the table. He took out a needle from his pocket and raised it up into the air.

"I told you, we don't need any shit screwing with you, Harrison. Too late." And Jones plunged the needle into the doctor's arm.

For Harrison, all he saw were spots.

                                                                                          ~~~
As Harrison was suffering a cruel fate, Aaron was hidden behind the tree near his house. He had no other choice but to go back home. He couldn't stay at the asylum and he couldn't look for Dr. Harrison. Luckily his parents weren't home as he slipped in through the back door. It was just as he had remembered. His room was the same. Same bed sheets and blanket lain out like Aaron had just made his bed. Aaron had a nice time reminiscing, but now he needed to find a place to hide. Or at least till he could find somewhere better.
