Out With The Old In With The....

As the summer went on, I didn't do much with the people at school. Kaitlin and I didn't do anything and I didn't do much with Josh and did nothing with Anna or Nicole but it was the beginning of 8th grade year and we were getting a new school. We were to move in after Christmas break. I had enjoyed the beginning of the year well enough, I had fun in my classes (even though I didn't do my work), I had friends, and the best thing of all me and Kaitlin had broken up. I was free, I wasn't with a girl who I didn't like being with, and I was happy. Nicole and Anna had become librarian's assistants and since I liked to read and sort and spend time with them I asked if I could become one. My friends all sat together at lunch (minus me, Nicole and, Anna because of the library). We all got closer, Josh and I hung out almost every weekend. He still couldn't decide whether he liked Nicole or Anna, but I wasn't concerned what he thought, whichever one he liked at the time he would talk to and the other would talk to me. He wasn't attractive and he was kind of obnoxious, but for some reason he could switch between them even though they were both out of his league. Around this time, Josh decided being away from Nicole and Anna for a half of an hour was such a horrible thing that he joined us in the library without asking, but the librarian didn't seem to mind. We were going to be moving into the new school within weeks from now and we now knew what the play was going to be. It was going to be Aladdin... I had a play
