Hey just wanted to let you know that it has been approximately five months(1) since my last self harm and I'm on my way to a full year again. I am also proud to say that I'm not suicidal anymore(2)!! I still get depressed on certain days but it's not often(3) I don't think my anxiety will go away as easily but it's getting there and it's not as bad(4). I just wanted to let you know that you have helped me to get back on the ground and put my dreams of flying behind me(5). I love you guys so much!! Thanks for everything!! Love B xx
