On my way to school, I stopped by the coffee shop. This way, I could watch the girls practically make fools of themselves, tripping over their feet, just to get a glimpse of me. This happened everywhere I went. I got a cup of hot chocolate, and sat down in front of the window that was connected to the dance studio. They were warming up, apparently.

When the first girl turn her head, she gasped, and ran to the window. I blew a kiss her way, and no lie, she fainted. I laughed. Most girls didn't notice me right away, but others did. Of course, they fainted. I laughed again. I saw a tall girl look my way. She rolled her eyes, and turned back around. That's a first.

I studied her features. She had long brown hair, brown eyes, full lips. Her skin was a light brownish color, possibly she was mixed with white and black. I'd never seen her before, she was probably new. She was...beautiful. She was different, I can tell from other girls around here. She wore little makeup, wore simple clothes, had a feisty personality.

"'Sup, Walt!" My best friend, Derek sat beside me. "Girls' looking fine this mornin'."

I looked over at him. "Dude."

"What? Did I say something wrong? You suddenly care 'bout what comes out of my mouth?"

I laugh. "No, just...you see that girl over there?" I point in the new girl's direction.

He stares at her for a moment, before turning back to me. "She's hot."

"Right?" I high-five him. "Get this. I winked at her, and she rolled her eyes."

"Feisty one too?" He fans himself. "This girl gets better and better."

"I think I'm going to ask her out," I stare at the girl for a few more minutes. It's obvious she loves dancing unlike most of the girls. She has grace and techniques that you would only know, if you've been dancing for a long time. She's good, too. I wonder how long she's been dancing. Probably all her life.

"Bro, stop staring at her like she's a meal. It's a girl, if you didn't know."

"Cut the bull, will ya?" I finally tear my gaze from her. "What's new?"

"Antoine finally got in Chrissy's pants. I thought she was going to turn him down, but obviously not. Q's a single man now. Tina caught him sucking some other girl's face off. Jade failed a quiz for once in her life."

My eyes widen. "Your Jade?"

"Who else's? She was so pissed, dude. Thankfully she took it out in bed."

"Aw, man," I push my cup away. "That's not something I wanted to think about this morning. I was having a good day."

He laughed. "Sorry. But, Walt. When's the last time you got some?"

"Not ever," I shake my head. "You know I'm waiting till my wedding night."

"Dude. You have to be the only teenaged guy who has never had..."

"You don't need to tell me for the 100th time, D. God's pleased with me."

"Possibly. But, it kinda messed up your ego and all. You wanna know how many girls' hearts you've broken, because you wouldn't show them a good time?"

"I kissed them. Shouldn't that pass as something?"

"To me it's something. But to them," He points to the girls dancing in front of us. "It's nothing. You should probably stop stringing them along."

"Whatever you say," With that, we both remained quiet.
