He led me to the Timmons' house. They have a tree house in their yard. Yeah-Yeah went up first and when I got to the top of the ladder, he helped me inside. He sat down in the back by a window. I sat down beside him. Squints was on the window seat. It was covered with a blanket. He told the story og 'The Beast'. I didn't believe him but I pretended I did. I pretended to be scared and Yeah-Yeah wrapped his arm around me. We rolled out our sleeping bags and lay down. I was the last one to fall asleep.
I got woke up the next morning by someone calling my name. It turned out to be Benny. I got up and rolled up my sleeping bag. I climbed down from the ladder. We said our goodbyes and I went home, making sure nobody was following me.
