Chapter 14- The Email

*Ace's Pov*

"Who are you texting Ace?" Connor asked, trying to peer over my shoulder.

I turned off my phone, "I was texting Claire."

Nick smirked at me, "Who is Claire?"

Brianna giggled, "She is Ace's girlfriend and his neighbor."

I pushed her off my chair, sticking my tongue at her. "She is only my neighbor."

Brianna flipped me the middle finger while I just laughed.

I went on my laptop to check any emails from the gangs I am allies with, however I noticed something weird about it. There was a new message from whom I don't know from, usually no one knows my email address expect for the ones I know.

I clicked on it and read what it said.

"Stay away from her or you will regret it." -M

What the hell?

"Jordan, Brianna come here, I need to show you something."

Both of them came and read the message, they were silent until Jordan spoke up.

"Ace, I think M is Marco."

I raise my eyebrow, "Why do you think that?"

Brianna spoke, "He is clearly talking about his future wife, and it is obvious."

I closed my laptop and sigh, "Is he insane? I don't even know his future wife."

Nick looked up from his phone, "Maybe you do know her but don't know that she is going to marry Marco. Do you know anyone who is getting married?"

I thought about it until Claire rose to my mind. Claire, couldn't be it? Could she?

I furrowed my eyebrows, "Claire is getting married but she couldn't be it."

"Why not?"

I clicked my tongue, "Duh. she isn't in a gang."

Connor spoke softly, "Maybe she is in a gang but hiding it from us."

That statement made me think, she is clearly hiding something, but being in a gang especially the Heartless Gang, I don't think so.

I shake my head, "I don't know, but let be in a look out for now. You never know when someone is going to attack."

Everyone nodded and went back to doing their things while I just grabbed my jacket and headed out to my car. I need to meet up with Heather, my cousin.

I drove to a restaurant in the middle of town and entered inside. There I saw was Heather, who was typing away on her phone, I bet it is her boyfriend.

I sat across her and waited for her to notice me. It was about five mins until she noticed me.

"We need to talk Ace." Heather said, putting down her phone.

I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms, "What is it?"

"I want you to track down Todd; I know he is hiding something from me!"

I groan, Isn't Todd her boyfriend? "Shouldn't you trust him?"

She wined, "Ace! I need to know."

Hell no.

I got up and was about to leave until I heard a familiar voice. I turned around and saw Heather talking to Claire with a serious face. How does Heather know her?
