After I lay Lindsey down on  her bunk, I went to the little lounge where everyone is.

 "Where was she?" Jimmy asked.

"She was around the creek, on the ground sleeping, too." I reply.

"Why is her leg wrapped up in a handkerchief?" Mikey asked.

"She fell when she was running earlier." I mumbled.

The room was silent for a while. It was quiet awkward really. In the silence, one by one we all went to our bunks or tour bus. I was the last one. I wanted to see Lindsey, but I didn't want to wake her up. So, I'll do it tomorrow.

When I woke up the next day, Lindsey was outside with Jennifer and Lucinda, sitting on camping chairs.

Jennifer and Lucinda looked like they were deep in conversation. Lindsey was reading some kind of book. I didn't think it was any kind of book. On the pages, I saw visible black marks on ever side.

I took a deep breath and walked to Lindsey. Halfway there, I kept looking at her. She looked so concentrated in the story, maybe it's a bad idea.

I started to go to a different direction, but then Bob saw, walked next to me, and pushed me up to Lindsey.

"Lindsey," Bob began. Lindsey looked up from her book. "I present you Gerard. The one who started to walk away when I know he was going to talk to you."

He turned to me and gave me an evil smile. Fuck you Bryar. Fuck you.

"Gerard. Meet the one you love. The one who never stopped loving you, Lindsey. Now talk to her fucker," he demanded.

He grabbed both Jennifer and Lucinda's arms and guide them somewhere else. Leaving me alone with Lindsey.

Uh God I forgot what I was going to say to her...

Lindsey looked at where Bob, Jennifer and Lucinda went, then back at me. Her cheeks were rosy red, but it really did look beautiful on her. I should make her blush more often.

"Y-you wanted to talk to me?" Lindsey asked.

"Well I was, but I saw you reading that book, so... I kind of didn't want to disturb you. Sorry," I mumbled.

"Oh, you saw me reading Death Note?" She asked.

 "Death what?" I asked.

"Death Note." She said showing me the book's cover.

It was all black, with a purple cross. Inside of the cross was a teenage boy with hair color that reminded me of Mikey's natural hair color. Sandy brown. He was holding a black scythe. He's dressing in a school uniform.

Behind the teenage boy, was a creature. The creature was bigger than the boy. He or she is a violet color.

Towering the creature is a skeleton Mary look-a-like. Skeleton heads in a circle.

Death Note, it read. Under it was some Japanese letters that I will never know how to read any time soon.

The cover is on the back side of the book. Lindsey is actually reading it backward!

"Why are you reading it backwards?" I asked.

 "What?"

"The book. You're reading it backwards." I said.

"No I'm not. It's a Japanese comic book. They read from right to left. Not left to right." Lindsey said.

I closed my eyes. "Well, now I feel stupid." I said.
