Lina's P.O.V

"Yo Lina hows your dad? Is he on buissnes for the mafia again?" My friend Zino asked smirking, little does he know that my dad really is a mafia boss. "For the last time Zino, my dad isn't a mafia boss!" I whined trying to make it seem believable. Zino hasn't met my dad yet but he always jokes about my dad being in the mafia since he travles so often, but scarily enough he's right. My dad is the Don of the American mafia and I'm next in line to take over, usually a boy will take over as the Don but since I'm the eldest child my dad thought it would be fine for me to take his position.

"What ever you say Lina" Zino said smirking. 'Please don't say anything like that when any of the mafia family is around please?' I thought shaking my head at him. If one of the members heard him saying stuff like that they'll kidnap him and kill him without batting an eye."Leave her alone Zino!" His sister Yona said swatting his shoulder, Yona has no idea how many times she's saved her stupid brother by cutting him off right before a mafia solder came by to pick me up from wherever we were hanging out. "I'll see you guys later!" I giggled walking towards my bodyguard who was supposed to drive me home, he and a small army have been guarding the mall we've been walking around. "See ya!" Yona shouted running over to where her mom was waiting to pick them up.

"Ready to go Miss?" My burly body guard Tino asked raising a questioning eyebrow. "Yea I guess so" I huffed feeling cold as soon as my friends left, I always feel cold unless I have someone who can make me happy nearby. I asked the family doctor about it once and all he could say was that it must have something to do with my secretive lifestyle, I can definitly see that being the cause seeing how often I'm alone. "Your team is getting sloppy" I remarked remembering how many times I spotted my security detail trailing us too close or too long. "Do you know which guys slipped up?" Tino asked annoyed at the mess up of his team. "Yea I'll point them out when we get to the car" I said stepping onto the escalator. We were halfway down when a gunshot went off from the floor we were just on, I already knew what I was supposed to do incase of this kind of thing happening. I pulled out my pepper spray and slipped it into my sleeve while pulling out my pocket knife and slipping it into my other sleeve. I crouched down and waited to get to the bottom floor, Tino was standing up with his gun drawn and ready. I could hear him giving orders to the security team through him earpiece while looking for anyone who posed threat.

When we got to the bottom I stepped off the escalator and was greeted by four men, they were obviously the bad guys judging by their weapons pointing at me and all that good stuff. Tino had his weapon pointed at the nearest of the four but I knew he couldn't take all of them out without me getting shot. Under the guise of putting my hands up I quickly sprayed my pepper spray in the nearest two's eyes and threw my knife at one of the others, this gave Tino the shot he was looking for and he quickly took out the last one and shot the one who had my knife protruding from his shoulder.

The ones who fell victim to my pepper spray were rolling on the floor crying, so someone sent newbies after me? Tino's team came running to the scene a few seconds later, "your late" I barked at them. If I hadn't been trained for this I would be dead or on the verge of death, they looked guilty and upset at their lateness. I could tell Tino was about to bust a nerve so I stepped in to save their hides, "I'm tired so lets go home." Tino nodded and we started to walk towards the exit, suddenly alarms were going off and the police sirens were blaring.

"Hide your weapons and yourselves!" I hissed running for cover under some clothes near the door. Tino and the others were gone in a flash each hiding as best he could, the police ran in past us towards the 'crime scene' and I took this opportunity to make a run for it. Darting out the door a few police took notice and started to give chase but gave up when their comrads called them to the crime scene. I made it to Tino's car and leaned up against it not wanting to break in and then have to listen to Tino cry the whole way home about me hurting his 'baby' geeze. A few minutes later the crew came trudging through the parking garage looking upset about something, I smirked when I realized that Tino mut have been yelling at them.

"Took you long enough" I huffed catching their attention. "See told you" one of the guys grunted gesturing to me, I nodded and waited for Tino to unlock the car. "Your riding back with them" Tino deadpanned giving me a blank stair, it took me a few minutes to realize he was serious before I issued my counter. "I'll die" most of the guys mouths were hanging open by now, it's true though so I didn't bother to appologize. "I don't care what you think your riding with them and thats that!" He snapped shoving me towards them and getting in his car, 'jerkwad' I screamed mentally at him but retaining my cool and composed behavior. I pulled out a small throwing knife I always kept with me and threw it at his tire slashing the suface of it ans sticking out of the tire. "lead the way to your car" I sighed not bother to retrieve my knife from Tino's tire. They quickly nodded and lead me towards two black SUVs, how cliche can these guys be? I rolled my eyes and climbed in shot gun since I don't feel like dealing with people right now. Now I just need to hope I make it home alive and in one piece.
