"Annnnd... Done!! Finally, I'm finished! Oh my god, my 25 followers will freak over this newest chapter!!"

Maple leaned back from the screen of her laptop and stretched out her stiff limbs, running her hand though her wavy brown hair as she went. She had been typing for over three hours now, and after all of the hard work she had poured into her story, the newest chapter of her Darkiplier / Anitsepticeye Wattpad fanfiction was out. So far, her story had almost 362 views and 102 votes on Wattpad. She eyed her coffee from its place next to her computer and took a swig before quickly refreshing the page to see who had commented on her story so far.

Suddenly, a private message popped up on her screen. She leaned in for a closer look, and, out of curiosity, clicked on the message. It took her to the Private Messages screen, but instead of showing the name of the messenger, it only appeared as blank. She quickly scanned the page again with her golden-brown eyes to see if she had missed anything, but nothing loaded.

The person, whoever they were, had wrote, "Hey there @MapleJones ! Our company has made a deal with Wattpad, and you are one of the lucky few who get to test our product. It is a branch of Wattpad storytelling that focuses directly on fanfiction, and is a completely immersive experience! Click here to try it out!

Maple read and reread the PM, and, seeing nothing wrong with it, clicked on the link. It took her to a pitch black screen, save for the letters LIVE ACTION FANFICTION in fluorescent blue letters. Below that, there were three boxes. The first two were for her name, and the third was for her Wattpad account.

Maple entered in the first two easily, but paused before she entered the third. I wonder what kind of experience this'll be, she wondered. Meh, it'll probably be some sort of online roleplay thing. She entered in the last field with no hesitation.

A new screen appeared that said, WELCOME TO THE GAME. PLEASE ENJOY YOUR EXPERIENCE IN LIVE ACTION FANFICTION.

Suddenly, her laptop started floating above her desk slightly and a blue and black vortex appeared in front of the screen, pulling Maple into her laptop. She could feel her limbs turing into pixels, and before she knew it, she had disappeared into the computer. The laptop fell onto the bed with a satisfying clunk and a pixelated character appeared on the screen, with the gamertag of @MapleJones.
