Georgia's POV
We don't absolutely have to tell them do we? I mean... They don't definitely know. Unless Matty told them. If he did... He's gonna get it. "Are you sure he told them?" I ask Alex. She shrugs in response. "Well, if you're not sure, then we don't definitely have to tell them." I state. She nods. "We only have to tell then if they bring it up. Deal?" I stop walking and we turn I eachother. "Handshake?" She grins. "Handshake." *insert handshake here coz I'm lazy* We walk off to the pizza shop grinning like mad men. "Imagine it was Freddy Fazbear's Pizza." I laugh. "YOU AND YOUR FNAF JESUS ITS OLD NOW." She yells sarcastically. I hold my hand to her face. "Sshhhhhh..." We walk into the pizza place in a fit of laughter. "And here comes the two badasses." Sean laughs. "You should have expected it." Alex starts with a smile as she pulls out a chair. "You do remember how bad ass we were at GTA." I finish as I sit next to her. They all look like they have a flash back. "Oh yeah." They all say in sync, followed by a laugh. Then I remember. "H-hey Alex. Can I t-talk to you for a minute?" I ask her. She nods cautiously and follows me to the bathroom. Once inside, I turn serious. "What do we do if they ask?" I choke out. "We need a plan." She answers sternly. "We could just say that he was joking and he was just trying to be funny... You know like how a brother does that to his sister's new boy friend." I suggest. There's a knock at the door. "Guys?" Matthias. "Yeah?" Alex says as she breathes in. "Are you ok? Your been in there for a while." He says, concerned. "Matthias! You should know how long girls take in the bathroom. You lived with one. It's girl stuff." I say trying to cover up a lie. "O-oh. S-sorry." The sound of footsteps is heard, the noise slowly fading. We both let out a sigh of relief. "You good?" I ask her. She nods. "Remember, don't bring it up. And remember the story. Ok?" I smile. She nods again. She's awfully quiet. Oh well. As we walk out, Mark smiles at me and pats the seat next to him. I happily accept the seat and he puts his arm around me. This feels good. Not having to worry about multiple guys fighting over you. I sigh and shuffle closer to Mark. (We're in one of them booth things like a couch in those restaurants ;-;) "You ok?" He whispers down to me. "Hm?" I look up into his caring eyes and smile. "Are you ok? You seem a bit quiet. I mean... You're a really loud person." He chuckles. "I'm just... At peace. Finally. No problems. Now worries. No-" "Georgia." Alex whispers. "Yeah." I smile. "I forgot to tell you. Sean is leaving for Ireland tomorrow." She says. "Oh. Ok. What's wrong with that?" She sighs and looks to her hands. "And I'm going with him." My smile falters. What? No. No no no. My best friend is... Leaving me? "What?" I ask like I didn't hear her the first time. "I'm sorry. I love him and long distance relationships barely ever work an-" "Nevermind. It's fine." I stop her. "Huh?" She asks. "It's fine. You're my best friend. I trust that you're making the right decision. You love him. I'm ok with that. It just means that I'll be losing a major part of my life. A rock if you will." Tears brim my eyes. There's a sudden silence at the table. She pulls me in for a hug. "Thank you Georgia. Thank you for stopping for me all that time ago. I can't imagine what life would have been like if you had of just thought that I was just another random person and hadn't stopped your car for me. I can't imagine what life would have been like even I you did stop but we went our separate ways after. Thankyou." The silence comes back, but leaves when I say, "No. Thank YOU Alex. Thank you for walking past that day. Thank you for agreeing to that offer. Thank you for staying in my life and being there for me. I can't see where I would be now if I didn't stop for you. I would have felt bad after. Terrible actually. You mean a lot to me Alex. And if that means you have to leave to Ireland to stay happy, go for it." We part our hug and receive a lot of stares from other people. Even from other tables. We just stare at each other, smiling. Where would I have been without this doof in my life?
Next day at airport
We all walk into the big doors of the airport. Me and Mark's linked hands swinging back and forth. I'm really nervous. I haven't been apart from Alex in a while. AND she knows the best tricks to calm me down after my Somniphobia acts up. I guess Mark will have to get used to that. He DID snap me out of it the first time. I think I'll be fine. It's just that I won't have my best friend messing around in the kitchen to wake up to every morning. That though makes me smile. "What's got you so happy!" Mark chuckles. "Just thinking." I reply simply. He smiles and looks back up again. Sean and Alex check their bags in and head to the terminal. Alex stops halfway, drops her bag, turns around and runs back. She literally tackles me to the ground. "I'm gonna miss you bitch." She laughs. "I'm gonna miss you too ya shit." I smile back. "Flight from LA to Ireland is now boarding. Last call. Flight from LA to Ireland is now boarding." She looks back a Sean, then back to me. "See you soon..." She whimpers with a smile. I smile back and wave. She turns and runs to Sean. The intertwine their hands and walk off together. "I'm proud of you Alex." I whisper to myself. "Georgia?" Mark walks up and hugs me from behind. "You ok?" He whispers. I nod in response. "C'mon. Let's go. The others are waiting at home." He smiles and sticks out his arm, which I happily take. We talk little on the way to the car. I go to open my door, but Mark runs around and gets there before me. He opens the door and gestures. "M'lady." He says in his deepest voice. My face heats up at his gesture. He chuckles and takes my hand softly, helping me into the car. My stomach feels funny. He gets into the driver's side. "That's really unfair." I say. He turns to me. "What's unfair?" I sigh, and then smile. "You can still make me feel butterflies and make my stomach turn. It's embarrassing because I stand there all like 'oh my god' and you chuckle and then I die. Nuff said." I laugh. He looks at his hands and his face gets red. "What?" I ask. "I never said I still don't get butterflies..." He whispers shyly. "That... Was the cutest thing I think you've ever said." I say with a chuckle. "Oh shoosh." He grins. "Just drive." I laugh.
Mark's POV
Then I remember, Sean and I made a promise. That when we were alone with the girl we had to ask about what Matty said. I really hope she's not someone else. "Hey Georgia?" I ask. She turns to me with a smile. That flippin smile makes me feel weird. Eh. "Um... Like just wanted to ask... Matty... Said something to me and Sean." She cocks her head to the side. "What did he say?" She asks somewhat cluselessly. "He said that you and Alex weren't who you seem." She squints her eyes and chuckles. "Oh Matty. He's like a brother. He was just probably trying to scare you off, you know?" She puts her hand on my leg and a wave of relief rushes over me. "Sorry for asking." Now I look like a douche. Good job Mark. "It's fine. I would have asked aswell." She grins at me and looks back out her window.
Georgia's POV
Thank god I'm a good liar. Well, I wasn't really lying. Alex is the one with the other name. My real name IS Georgia Lee Kirkman but I AM a runaway. Well... If you count leaving against your parents will as a runaway. Then yeah. Sure. I was mostly covering for Alex though. "We're HOME!" Mark sings. I love it when he sings. I remember one time we were at home, and I started singing and he walked in. He joined in and I went higher and he went lower. It was a time to remember. I remember what song it was too. Everything's Alright from To The Moon. That's such a good song. "Georgia?" He waves his hand in front of my face. "Huh?" I shake my head. "You just zoned out." He smiles mischeviously. "I was just remembering that time we sang together." I look to the floor. "Oh. I remember that. We should do that more often." He takes my hand and leads me inside the house. He takes me to his recording room. "What are we doing?" He plonks me down onto the chair and grins as he says; "We're gonna write a song." I stand there shocked. "A song?" I ask. "Yeah! Can you play any instruments?" He asks. "Well I can sorta play piano a bi-" "REALLY?!" He asks excitedly. I nod. He jumps up and down enthusiastically like an excited child. "Woah! Calm." I laugh. He stops spinning in circles and looks at me. He attacks me with a hug. "I'm so excited for this." He whispers. "I bet you are." I chuckle. "What type of song are we gonna write?" I ask. He looks sorta flustered and his face goes red. "I was thinking maybe... I dunno... I nice slow song..." He plays with his hands. "That'd be nice actually. I'd like that." I say. He looks back up at me. "Really?" He looks up at me and smiles. "Yeah. But we can't tell anyone. It'll be a surprise." I answer. "Are we gonna make it... Like... Close? Like sorta us siting next to each other at the piano singing to each other close?" He asks shyly. "Y-yeah. O-ok. We'll d-do that." I stutter out quietly. He speaks a little louder; "Well... Let's get started."
