Alex's POV

"Quite right, Miss Alex." He raises an eye brow. "Matthias... W-What are you d-doing?" He begins to slowly approach me. "Matthias. Stop." I try to say sternly. It just comes out weak. He chuckles. "And why would I do that?" I bite my lip. "Because... Because... Um..." He smirks. His eyes seem different. They look sad but... They don't. If that makes any sense at all. "Are you ok Matthias?" He clenches his fists. He takes a deep breath in and they open up again. Why? He stops directly in front of me and peers into my eyes. This feels nothing like looking into Sean's eyes. He takes my hands in his. My breathing shudders. This can't be happening. I take a deep breath in and; "SEAN!"

Sean's POV

"SEAN!" Ryan and I stop our conversation dead. I stand up from the couch. "ALEX!" I rush over to Mark's house. "SEAN HE-" What's happening? The scream came from Mark's room. Where's Matt? I rush over to the door. I try the handle but it's locked. From the inside. "ALEX WHAT'S HAPPENING?!" Oh god. "MATT I SWEAR TO GOD!" That's when the door un locks. It opens slowly. Matt rushes passed me. Alex falls into my arms. "What happened?" She's crying. "Nothing serious... He was just so... Different. His eyes were... Glazed over in a way..." Red lights are flashing and rage is bubbling up inside me. I run after Matt.

Georgia's POV

All I hear from this side of the door is Alex screaming. All I feel is Mark's strong embrace. All I can think about is if my best friend is ok. I hear the front door burst open. "Ryan. Please. Hide me." Matt says. He sounds different. "Matt what's going on?" Ryan asks shakily. "HIDE ME!" The front door opens again. This time it's Sean. "MATT YOU BASTARD!" I hide away deeper into Mark's chest. He hushes me. "Shhh... Georgia it's ok..." Then I Hear what sounds like a punch. "What did I do?" Matt asks, obviously hurt. "YOU KNOW VERY WELL WHAT YOU DID! GET OUT BEFORE I DO ANYTHING ELSE! I DON'T WANT TO HURT A FRIEND!" I feel my eyes welling. "Mark what's happening? I'm scared." "It's ok Georgia. They're fine. It'll be ok-" "Mark what if Alex is hurt?" "Georgia. C'mon. Calm do-" "I could never live with my-" That's when Mark's lips crashed into mine. I accept gratefully. Thank god he's here. He's keeping me grounded in a difficult situation. My stomach turns and butterflies fill me. It slows to nothing and he looks into my eyes. "It's gonna be ok. Ok?" I nod and hug him again. I hear the door unlocking and see Ryan standing there. He smiles softly, fear in his eyes. "I've never seen Sean like that before." He mutters. We walk out the door, me still clutching onto Mark. The first thing I see is Sean apologising to Alex, and her trying to thank him. "I'm sorry Alex I've never gotten that angry before." "Stop it Sean. You don't need I apologise." I shake my head and smile. "Guys?" They both look up at us. "GEORGIA!" Alex rushes up to me and tackles me to the ground. "Jesus Alex! I'm glad you're ok too." Sean and Mark talk about the previous event.

Matt's POV

I don't know what came over me... But I can't go back. I could try to go back to Amanda. That's not gonna happen. I have no one left. My friends won't accept me back. Amanda thinks I cheated. Hell, I don't know if I accept myself. My life has just spiralled out of control and I don't know if I can get it back. I check my back pocket. "Hmph. Should be enough." I make my way towards BWS. I enter the doors and the familiar scent of alcohol wafts through the doors. I stand in the doorway and take it in. Someone bumps into my back. "Move dumb ass. This is a doorway. Not a stand-in-everyone's-way-parade." A female slurs. That voice. So familiar. I turn around. She looked terrible. She stinks of alcohol and her hair is a mess. Bags under her eyes and days old make up. Oh my god. "Amanda?"

Georgia's POV

"So... Who's gonna go get Matt?"
