Georgia's POV

I squint my eyes at Alex as she sighs. "Um... Uh... You're gonna think I'm crazy..." She stutters out. "Alex. I'm your best friend. I know you're weird already. So am I. And besides, you could do the most fucked up thing ever, and I would still support you. No matter what." I give her a reassuring smile. "Well shit, I need to stop swearing. I don't even do it that often. It's just badly situated." I try lightening the mood. Nothing. Not even a smile. What's going on in that little head of hers? "Even toying with someone's emotions?" She looks up shyly. Now that. That pushes my buttons. Calm. Come on. You just said you would support her no matter what. I breathe in deeply. "What do you mean by that?" She holds her head in her hands. "You won't believe me... Well... I guess you should after everything that's happened. Anyway... Um..." Her muffled voice sounds confused. She's obviously trying to piece together a proper sentence. "Virus is out." What? No. He can't be. It can't possibly... Be... Real... Nah. She's lying. I let out a laugh. "Yeah. And I hate Vegemite." She gives me the 'bitch I'll kill you' look. Oh. I guess she's not kidding. "So... you're not lying." Her head returns to the safety of her hands. "Alex. What. Happened." I ask sternly. "You're not gonna like it. I know you're angry. Just... I'll figure it out myself." She raises her voice. "Alex Jones. I'm trying to help! And if you're gonna be like that, I'm just gonna walk out. Because the truth is-" I choke on my words. "The truth is.. I'm scared Alex... I'm scared of what's to come. I'm scared that what does come won't be good. I'm scared of all things that have happened, because, I don't know if they'll happen again. I always bottle up my fear for the benefit of others. I pretend I'm not scared. But I am. I-I... I don't want to lose you Alex... You're the best friend that I've ever had... You're like my sister. I need you in my life. You keep me grounded. I can't imagine what life would have been like if I never met you. I couldn't have asked for a better friend." Her head raises. She smiles that faint smile and pulls me in for a hug. "Thank you Georgia. You've been a good sister to me too." We sit back down. "Now. What did you need?" She bites her lip as she looks to the floor. "IneedtoleadCryon." That was fast. I hope she didn't say what I think she said. "Huh?" She makes a weird noise, then falls to the floor. "I don't wanna tell you!" She whines, followed by a sigh. "But... I guess I have to..." She gets off the floor and stares me in the eyes. "I need.. to... lead... Cry... on..." Oh no. "I was afraid that that was what you said. How the hell do you expect me to know anything about that anyway?" She shrugs, not answering. I sigh. "I dunno Alex. Maybe just... be extra nice. Squish in close whenever you're next to him. Make it seem like you've chosen him. Act like a girlfriend would. Make him excited." I shift my head at my last sentence. "I'm never gonna say that ever again." I shiver, receiving a unsteady laugh from Alex. Our heads turn sharply in the direction of the door, as the door bell rings. "I'LL GET IT!" I yell. I run like a retard to the door and open it. I'm greeted with the pizza guy, and a mountain of pizzas. There are so many I can't even see his face. "What the quacker ducks!? How many did you order Alex!?" I hear an evil laugh behind me. "Whatever. Come help me!" The sound of footsteps is played behind me. She approaches the tower of pizza and takes the top half, revealing the pizza guys face. No. It can't be... "Josh?" He drops the pizza boxes. His face lights up and so does mine. I literally tackle him to the ground in a hug. "I've missed you so much!"

Alex's POV

Who is this guy, and why does he think he can just drop my pizza on the floor? "Who's this?" He asks Georgia as they stand up. Same Aussie accent. "This is Alex." They both look over at me. Same blue eyes. "Alex, this is by big brother, Josh." He waves over at me awkwardly. She has a brother?

Georgia's POV

"And a sister." I reply as we find the couch. "How is Eliza anyway?" I ask Josh. "She's good. She's finally moved out." He laughs. "Says you." I chuckle back. "Hey! I'm the middle child! I get to stay as long as I want!" He flings his arms in the air. "I don't think that's how it works." "Ahem." Alex clears her throat, getting our attention. She's right. "Sorry Alex. I just haven't seen him for years." Josh slumps in his seat. "I think I should get going then." He stands up slowly. We hug for what seems like forever. "I missed your brother hugs." I laugh. "I think I still have your number. We need to catch up." I say seriously. He nods as he walks to the door. He reaches for the handle, but the door opens before he can touch it. "Georgia! We're home!" Mark walks through the door. He bumps into Josh, who is taller. (Sorry Mark :3) Josh looks down at him. Mark's eyes widen. "Um sorry..." Josh's eyes narrow. "Who's this guy Georgia?" Oh god. Over protective brother mode is on. "That's Mark." I walk up behind Josh. "Is he your boyfriend?" I'm not sure how to answer that. Mark looks at me hopefully. "Um... long story." His eyes then drop. Sorry Mark. Josh then gets a little closer to him. "If you break her heart, I'll break you." He then walks out the front door. Mark's wide eyes follow him out the door. He slumps to the floor. "I'm so sorry Mark. That was my brother. He's a bit protective. I'm his only younger sister." I sit next to him. Sean and the rest walk through the door shortly after. "Her brother is scary." Matt says quietly. "Thank god that wasn't me..." Felix responds. I sigh at their remarks. "Naaw! We didn't even get a girls night!" Alex whines.

Alex's POV

I see Cry and Sean make their way toward me, deep in conversation. My heart pounds against my chest. I have to do this. For Cry. They sit next to me, one on either side. I shuffle closer to Cry. Sean gives me a sad look. I pull out my phone.

<text> A = Alex, S = Sean

A - I'll explain later.

S - Explain what? It's clear that you've made your choice!

A - Listen. Trust me. I'll tell you everything later!

<End text>

He looks up at me and nods. This is gonna be harder than I thought.
