Chapter Ten ~ Two New Arrivals.

Four months later Shannon and Brad were sitting in a old, cute canal side restarante eating some perfectly cooked food they had ordered a few minutes ago. Both Brad and Shannon had ordered a burger and chips.

Halfway through the meal Shannon gasped due to a sudden sharp pain in her stomach. She knew what it was.

"Are you okay, sweet heart?" Brad asked concered.

"No, I-I think the baby's coming, Brad." Shannon replied causing Brad to panic and help her out of her seat where her waters suddenly broke.

Brad helped Shannon to the car and set off to the hospital as fast as possible without gaining any speeding tickets or running red lights.

Finally, they reached the hospital and Brad once again helped Shannon out of the car and into the hospital where he began shouting for assistance desperatly to which he got granted in under a minute. Nurses soon got Shannon in her own room where she soon successfully gave birth to a perfectly healthy baby girl after a very very painful eight and a half hour labour.

Exasted, Shannon watched as the midwife took their newborn daughter off to the corner of the room where they began to clean her and wrap her tightly in a light pink blanket before handing her over to an awaiting Shannon. Shannon looked down at her quiet daughter in her arms who had now stopped crying. Light brown hair covered the top of her head. Opening her eyes, chocolate brown eyes identical to her fathers were revealed.

"She's perfect." Shannon muttered.

"She is and she's all ours." Brad replied with a soft caring smile tugging at the ends of his lips.

"Here you go, go to Daddy." Shannon smiled handing the blanket wrapped new born over to Brad who held her carefully in his arms as he gazed down at his beautiful daughter.

"Have you chosen a name for her?" The midwife asked, smiling warmly at the two.

"Savannah Grace." Brad replied, placing a soft peck on her cute button nose.

Later that day after the news of Shannon having Savannah surfaced, both her's and Brad's families came to visit the couple and their newborn daughter, bring gifts for Savannah. Chloe, James, Tristan and Connor then visited after before the couple were able to leave and go home with their new addtion to their small family.

A week and five days later, Chloe and James were taking a stroll across the banks of a river they found randomly while walking in the warm spring heat. Half way through a sentence, Chloe gasped due to a sudden surge of sharp pain in her stomach. Looking over to James, who knew exactly what was happening, Chloe looked down as her waters broke.

"Let's go have a baby then!" James chuckled, helping Chloe to the car before they sped off to the hospital as quick as they possibly could with avoiding getting a speeding ticket or running red lights and causing an accident.

Once arriving at the hospital, James quickly got a nurses attention by yelling at the top of his lungs. The nurse quickly got Chloe into a delivery room where she would give birth very soon. A extremely painful eight hour labour later Chloe gave birth to a perfectly healthy baby boy. The midwife placed the pale blue blanket wrapped newborn boy in Chloe's tired arms. Dirty blonde in small curls covered his head. His small hand wrapped around Chloe's finger as he opened his eyes for the first time revealing bright mesmorising blue orbs.

"He's so perfect." Chloe mumbled, smiling softly at her son.

"And all ours." James added, also smiling down at his newborn son.

"Go to Daddy." Chloe spoke, slowly passing the newborn to James who held him carefully in his arms as if he was about to break into a million little pieces.

"What have you decied to call him?" The midwife asked with a caring smile.

"Jaydon Chrisopher." James replied, placing a soft kiss upon his forehead.

Later that day, once everyone with importance to the two knew the news of Jaydon being born both James' and Chloe's families came to visit, bring small gifts for their newborn son. Shannon, Brad, Tristan and Connor were the last to visit before Chloe and James were allowed to leave and return home with Jaydon.
