A couple months later I get my first ultra sound. Ed comes and holds my hand when the nurse puts the gel on my stomach. I look over at Ed a little scared and he smiles at me. I look towards the screen and see something weird. The nurse smiles and says "you guys want a boy or girl?" "A girl!" Ed screams. "A boy!" I say mostly to Ed. "Well congratulations! You both win! You're having twins!" I look over at Ed and he looks at me like he's really happy. I kinda half smile at him and he frowns a little and looks at me concerned. I look at the nurse and smile. "Thank you." I say and she nods and leaves. "MaKenzie, what's wrong?" "I'm having two kids. At once. Oh god I'm gonna die!" "Whoa." Ed says "MaKenzie, are you afraid of labor?" "I'm gonna die." "MaKenzie, are you afraid of labor?" "You try pushing out another human being! Oh my god! I can barely handle having one kid but TWO!?" "MaKenzie calm down. I'll be here every step of the way. You can even beat me while you have them, and in the end it'll be so worth it." "Yeah, yeah your right. You're telling our parents though." "Ok." He says and he squeezes my hand. "I love you Kenzie." I blush at the nickname and kiss him. "Were having kids." He says. "You're gonna die." I say. "How?" he asks. "My dad. You said you'd tell them. They come back in a week." He sighs and looks down. My dad never liked Ed. I hated him so my dad did too. He looks up at me and says "So we'll move to America, then I'll write them a letter. I laugh and say "Nope. You have to tell them in." He flops his head onto the bed I'm lying on and screams "but I like my nuts being attached to my body!" I about die laughing then. The doctor comes in a couple minutes later with pictures and says we can go. When we walk to the car I get into the driver's seat. "Why can't I drive!?" Ed asks "I like life." I respond.
