I walk to the car park to find Calvin’s car and he was standing out of his car talking in the phone. Thought of closing his eyes and let him to guess but I recall that park incident so I just forget about it.
“Calvin , I m here “ I bumped my shoulder on him to make him realize that I am already here.
“ Call ya back honey” Calvin said and hung up the phone .I know it must be Veronica .
“ Shirley!!! I am so happy! damn happy ! Really happy” he exclaimed in happiness and hugged me.
“ Yeah because Veronica said yes?” I asked him as I already knew that .What else can make him happy like this?Finally, my brother hooked up with his childhood sweet heart.It must be a-dream-come-true for him.
“ Wohoo! Yes. Can’t wait to make her officially mine” he said and blushed and sat in his car .
“You mean you want to marry her so fast? I asked him with eyes widened .
“But what my dear?” he asked lifting my cheek .
“Please don’t forget me once you get marry. Promise me no matter who came between us we will always be the same? Will you?” I asked him .I am happy for him but I can’t accept the fact that soon he will be someone’s else. Every sister’s in this world would definitely have this feeling.I am not willing to lose precious brother like him.
“Stop crapping, You will always be darling sister .Trust me okay?” he tried to console me .
I felt good hearing his words. Hope Calvin will keep his promise.
“ Sweet! Guess what I bought for you?” I asked him and took out the shirt I bought for him. Calvin was happy to see that and Calvin love the shirt I bought for him absolutely.
“ Thank you my dear, I think I should wear this on dad’s birthday tomorrow”
“ Oh shit! Yeah so are we going out tomorrow to celebrate his birthday?”
“ Yeah, I did even bought him cake. Let it be a surprise for him.”
“Chocolate cake are just so tempting ah? “ I asked him took a peep of the cake .It is a chocolate moist cake with lots of strawberries. How I wish today is my birthday?
“ Relax, you can whack this once dad cut the cake at 12am .So approximately 60 minutes to go”
“Huh it’s already 11pm now? Did you inform dad?” I asked him in shock. My dad usually will make sure that I be at house by nine but now I think I am dead.
“ Ha-ha chill. They are haven’t back home” he tried to chill me down. Seems like the old couple still not done with their date.
“Owh okay ..Wait!! how about Amy?????” I asked him widening my eyes again. Damn ! I totally forgot about her . I hope she isn’t back home..no she have to be at home right now.
I took out my phone and quickly dialed her number.
