Steph's Pov
We are all surrounded by the bonfire in our usual sitting arrangement but in this case we have guards around us making sure nobody can stumble open this conversation we are about to have.
I look at everyone who looks nervous.
"Okay everybody we are gathered to talk about our plan of action for war and about the High Pack" I announced.
"But Steph we haven't had a High Pack in centuries!" Adam squealed!
"Yes I know and have you seen what it's caused!" I argued.
"The High Pack is going to be made up of those I trust and are powerful only! Heather, Adam, Carrie, Callie, myself, and two people I haven't met yet. Heather and I did a vision and I got glimpses of the women. The District Pack will be Kiara, Sam, Miley, Maria Garcia, and Bailey when's she's old enough!" I replied watching Bailey's eyes go wide and stare at me before smiling an adorable.
I thought it'd be better to have the High Pack and District Pack instead if just an Alpha. Instead of just me making the decisions we work together but I still get the last say, it's just smarter to have 7 then 1 brain working a case.
The District Pack is also important, it takes on the less serious problems figures it out together then reports to the High Pack. I choose those who were in the vision for the part even though those would be obvious choices I got to be smart! I saw a glimpse of the woman's face, she looked familiar and I don't know where from.
"People won't be happy because the High Pack is made up of half breeds and others but tell them to suck it because your more powerful then they are! Callie you might have a little more troubled being a complete witch but I assume you can take care of yourself?" I smirked at her.
"Of course sweetheart they will all fall for my sweet charm." She sugar coated that she'd beat the shit out of them.
"What about the Prophecy?" Adam asked. I don't know why but I felt Heather tense up next to me.
"We will worry about that when the time comes!" I replied not wanting to talk about that.
"Now we need to plan this war Vanessa isn't going down easy!" I growled
# yeah I know extremely short chapter but hey at least I uploaded something right plus it's more of an informational part!
