Balz POV
I went upstairs and told my mom Chris was coming over for the game and say in the living room to wait for him.

Marie's POV
I started panicing. Chris was coming over and Ange must have told him that that was me. Mrs.Balz noticed my freak out and led me to the bathroom.
"I'll come get you once he is in the basement. Stay clam. Breathe" she said and I nodded.
I sat there trying to breathe at a steady pace and listening to what's going on on the other side of this door. A few moments later Mrs.Balz came back and got me something to drink.

Balz POV
Me and Chris went down stairs sadly that girl was in the bathroom. It was about 5 mins into the game and I decided to get drinks for us. But before I got to the kitchen I heard my mother whispering. "Please just tell me Marie what happened after you left?" she pleaded. Oh shit that's Marie sitting in my kitchen I thought to myself. She sighed loudly then started the story. "About 6 months after I left my roommate started coming home really drunk almost every night and he would beat me. And I just let it happen Becuse I felt like I deserved it. I let that man hit me for a year." she wispered."And by the time I was gone for a year and a half I was still heart broken about Ricky and one night it was really bad. I was in my room and Jordan came home and saw me moping and sad and he beat me worse that ever before" she was crying by this point I can hear it in her voice. I was beyond pissed but let her keep talking."He... He... Raped me." she finished off and I coulnt handle it anymore. I went back to the basement and say on the couch putting my head in my hands. How could she let him do that to her. He hurt her so much and no one was there to help her. I want him dead. I though to myself.
"Hey dude you okay?" Chris asked.
"Get out."
"The fuck is your problem."
I stood up and yelled "I am serious dude get the fuck out" pointing to the door.
He gave up and left.

Marie's POV
I was sobbing into Mrs.Balz chest when I heard the door slam. We both jumped and Chris came stomping through not even looking in the kitchen he just yelled over his shoulder.
"Bye Mrs.Balz lovely seeing you and by the way Josh is freaking out down stairs." and with that he was gone.
Both of us jumped up and ran to the soon and heard things breaking. I was first downstairs and saw his face. His pissed of face changes when he saw me to sadness. What the fuck happened? I questioned my self and before I knew what was happening he gra bed me and hugged me tightly.
"I am so sorry." he whispered in my ear. I tensed up and tired around.
"I'm very sorry Mrs.Balz but I must be going now." I handed her a paper and left.
