I woke up to my mother and father slurring their words and singing happy birthday . what a wonderful way to wake up ... Not !
"Hey babee" slurred my father
"Yeh bring your sad face off the ground and put a smile on your face at least we got you a card and a present " slurred my mother
"Sorry mother sorry father im sure i will love my present"i had to say putting on a fake smile , well at least they actually remembered my birthday
" thats good then " my parents handed me my present and card then i opened it and saw a blackberry off a tree and a card that said 'happy birthday kaitlin from mother and father ' and no kisses well i guess i will be having one of my 5 aday today for my breakfast.
After i had done everything i had to do i went to go downstairs and heard my mother and father asleep as usual i thought
"Bye mother bye father"i said trying to say happily eventhough i wasnt!
"Bye hun"said my mother i rolled my eyes
"Bye " said my father "and good riddance "i heard him mumble .
