Fairy Tail: Come Back to Me

Chapter 1

Hey guys! So here's the first chapter. Just a heads up, I don't know how often I will be able to update, since I'm in school. But I will definitely try to update whenever I can. I will also be dedicating chapters to fellow writers, or followers, or readers, or friends, or even multiple of these. POV: Lucy

I was walking towards the guild not far from the doors. When I started to hear a bunch of commotion coming from inside the guild.

'I'm going to guess their having their daily fight at the moment.'

Right as I was about to open the door, Gajeel was sent flying through the door. I was lucky to be able to step out of the way in time, otherwise I would have been the one to catch Gajeel's fall to the ground. And that would not have been pretty.

"That's it!" Gajeel yelled standing up with a wide smirk on his face. He was wearing his regular black sleeveless shirt and his white pants. "Prepare to get your ass whooped salamander!"

"You got it the other way around Gajeel. Cause I'm all fired up!" I could hear Natsu yell at him from inside the guild. And with that Gajeel then ran past me and back into the guild. I cautiously peaked around the corner of the door, or at least what was left of it. And not to my surprise I saw that everyone was having fun, throwing punches here and there, kicking, and even a little bit of magic flying at each other. I smiled thinking about how they will never get tired of fighting each other. The next thing I knew Natsu was sent flying into the wall next to the door. I jumped as he made contact with the wall. He got up rubbing the back of his head and looked over at me.

"Oh, hey Luce! What's up?" Natsu called to me, smiling. Happy flying near him. Natsu was wearing his black vest and white pants. I smiled back.

"Nothing much." I responded. "What about you two?"

"Kicking Gajeel's ass." He said with a huge grin on his face. Happy giggled at Natsu.

"Are not!" Gajeel yelled from across the room while fighting one of the other guild members.

"Sounds like fun." I giggled. "Well see you later." I waved and walked away from him to go sit down with Levy and Juvia. "Hi guys."

"Hey Lucy." Levy responded. She was wearing her light orange dress and her yellow hair band, holding all her blue hair back except two strands on the sides.

"Hello Lucy." Juvia said looking away from Gray to say hello. Juvia was wearing her black dress and her black hat that had a butterfly on it, that held her blue hair in place.

"How are you guys doing?" I asked them.

"As long as Gray is fine Juvia is fine as well." Juvia said watching Gray fight one of the guild members. I giggled at her obsession over Gray.

"Pretty good. Hey Lucy you remember that book you let me borrow a while back ago?" Levy said. I nodded. "Well I just finished it last night. It's so good. I can't wait for the next book!"

"You say that to just about every book." I said to her. "Then again I guess I do to." We continued to talk about the book along with other thing for another few minutes.

"Enough!" Master Makarov yelled from where he stood on a bar stool. "We just finished rebuilding the guild and you all have already destroyed the door I think that's enough for today! You can all pick this back up tomorrow!" And he turned back around and sat back down and continued to talk to Mira. Everyone groaned as they all calmed down.

"Aww. That's no fair." Natsu said sitting down in the chair next to me. "We we're just getting started."

"I think that was the point flame brain." Said Gray who sat at the opposite end of the table near Juvia, she started getting excited that he sat next to her. Gray was just wearing jeans, and no shirt.

"What did you just say to me!" Natsu said sitting up straight.

"Natsu, you heard Master." Ezra said putting a hand on his shoulder. "No more fighting till tomorrow." Erza was wearing her heart kreuz armor.
She sat down at the end of the table across from Gray.

"Yeah, that just gives me a chance to kick your ass again tomorrow too." Said Gajeel who sat down next to Levy.

"What you didn't kick my ass! I kicked yours!" Natsu argued with Gajeel. "Right Lucy." Natsu turned to look at me for support.

"I'm gonna go with Natsu on this one." I said sighing. Gajeel looked at me with a annoyed face, while Natsu was grinning ear to ear. "Natsu did literally throw you through the door."

"Yeah, yeah. Whatever." Gajeel said looking away with disappointment. Natsu started laughing. We laughed at their childness. For a little while later we all continued to have conversations about some random things.

"Hey Luce?"

"Hmm?" I turned to look at Natsu.

"Do you want to go on a job? It's been a little while." Natsu said.

"By 'little' you mean two days?" I asked. He giggled while he shook his head yes.

"Yeah, I don't see why not. Hey, you guys want to go too? We could go get an S-class mission." I suggested to the group.

"That sounds like a fun idea, Lucy." Erza commented. Everyone agreed and we all made our way to the S-class floor. Natsu seemed to be a bit bummed about something.

"Everything okay Natsu?" I said as I slowed down to walk with him behind the group as they made their way to the S-class request board. We stopped to talk.

"Yeah. I'm alright." He said not sounding very convincing. He crossed his arms.

"Really? Cause your face is telling a different story." I said worried.

"It's just why did you invite them?" Natsu said after sighing. "I mean I don't mind, it's just that I was hoping it could have just been you and me." What he was saying shocked me.

"Well how about this." I offered. "After this job we can go on a bunch of jobs for a whole month, just you and me." Natsu thought about it for a moment.

"Yeah that sounds like a good idea. Thanks Luce." He said grabbing my wrist, smiling. "Now come on, let's go find a job!"
