"WHAT" I scream at them, I then get up and we run outside. Dad called the vet and now where all sitting out their on the road. Soon the vet got there and said they will do what they could but in her shape she may not make it. I couldn't go to sleep that night, I sat up in my bed thinking how she could've got out front. Well in a our kitchen is the back door, sense we aren't home turning the day we put a doggy door so she could go in and out.
I then grab a flash light and tip toe downstairs towards the back door, I then slowly open it and walk outside. As I walked towards the gate I saw it wide open, now I know Kitty can't open that gate. So someone had to open that gate to make her run out, but then I see it a video camera. I go to the shed and put gloves on, then I walk back out their and pick it up. "That's strange it's still recording" I think as I see the flashing red light blinking, I then stop it and watch the recording.
The person walks up to the gate not seeing the dog I guess and then he opens the gate, then all the sudden Kitty comes flying around the corner chasing the man. He drops the camera and I could see what happen he runs across the street but Kitty didn't make it. I then stop the video and shut the gate and tip toed back into bedroom. I save the video on my laptop and then I delete the video off the camera. "I wish Kitty will be alright" I mumble as I lie down in bed.
In the morning I don't go to school, and I don't even touch my phone, I walk downstairs for breakfast. "Morning sis" Cody said I just groaned at him as an answer, " breakfast will be ready in a minute" mom said "k" I say. I flopped on the couch and don't even bother to turn the tv on. Then the home phone rang, I ran over to answered "hello" ' good morning' "may I help you" 'yes Kitty is alright' then I hung up and ran in the kitchen. "Mom Kitty's alright" I say "oh that's wonderful honey" she said, ok let's get this straight my mom doesn't really understand how much I love Kitty.
