"Yea what is it?" My blue haired mom asks me.

"Peridot..."

They both look at me and laugh "What about it?"

"Listen, I used to be Peridot... that used to be my name."

They have shocked faces now.

"Its been 40 years since I heard that name..." Lapis looks at the floor.

I put a hand on her shoulder, "Mom do you remember truth or dare?"

Her eyes go small and her mouth opens wide.

A fell tears pouring out of me.

"How..."

"What?" I look up at her.

"How do you remember the name Peridot!"

I'm clearly shocked...

"Because I am Peridot! I used to have a crush on you Lapis!" I say fealing disjusted.

My mom looks at me stearnly "Aquamarina! I don't want to hear anything about the name Peridot! Understand!"

"But its true!"

"I said do you understand!" She slaps me across my face.
