She had survived school. It wasn't that she didn't like it but the people was horrible and she was far more clever than her teacher. Loah sat down in her room, her parents had gone out for a walk and she was alone. But she didn't feel that alone as she used to. It felt like something, or someone, was staring at her, intensive. She looked around but saw nothing but the window and the garden outside where some kids played. Loah needed to find out whatever saw her doing what she was doing so she walked around in her room and opened her closet, looked under the bed and through the keyhole. Nothing but the constant noise she had heard before. This is what she hated. Not being able to find out the truth. So she just stared straight on her ceiling. It was pretty dark so the coloured lamp showed beautiful creatures that changed the whole time. She liked seing them is such a different way than normal and thinking of what they'd done and what they was. For a very long time she just layed like that and waited for the thing to show itself. That never happened because the next noise was from the door and a voice.
"We're home now Loah!" Her mum screamed from downstairs.
"And we've bought you candy!" Her dad screamed after that. Loah rushed down and crabbed the bag of chocolate pieces and ate one directly.
"Thank you!" She said as loud as possible with her whole mouth filled with chocolate. She got upstairs again but couldn't open her door so she went down again. And of course she told them the problem and her mum went up fix it. That didn't go very well when she broke the door and the door handle fell off.
"Oops, I did not expect that to happen." She said and tried to fix it. Loah looked through the the keyhole and saw this body inside. It still had the snake arms but this time she saw more. The stomach was thin and it hadn't got any feet, just some slimy legs. The problem was that the creature sat with its back towards her so she didn't see its face. It didn't notice that she was staring at it but continued doing the horrible noise.
"Can you hear it?" Loah asked her mum.
"Hear what?" She asked back.
"The constant noise." Loah answered.
"Ouch, have you got tinnitus?" Her mum said worried.
"No, no! The thing inside my room makes it!" Loah said and jumped by annoyance.
"There's nothing there." Her mum said when she looked through the keyhole.
"But I promise! Why else should the handle be broken and the door stuck?" Loah said. Her mum obviously did not believe her because she just walked away, nodded and shaked her shoulders.
