Outcast To Famous

Chapter Ten

Harry and I are hanging out at the carnival in town.

"So what ride do you want to go on?" He asks me.

I shrug," doesn't matter to me!"

He grabs my hand and drags me to the Ferris Wheel. We wait in line then get in. It starts moving and I stare at the ground as we get farther away. We then stop and we're at the top.

"Emily I have a question," he says snapping my attention to him.

"Hm?" I hum looking at him.

"Will you be my girlfriend?" He asks nervously.

A smile spreads across my lips,"Yes Harry!"

He smiles back and inter whines our fingers. I lay on his shoulder and we start moving again.

Once I get back to our apartment I run in and yell,"Harry asked me to be his girlfriend!"

They all came running,"Really!?"

I nod. We all start jumping around like weirdoes. The Jennesa's phone starts ringing so she leaves the room.

"So explain in detail what happened!" Alex says.

"So we were on the Ferris wheel and it stopped at the top and he said 'I have a question'. So I said 'hm' then he's all 'will you be my girlfriend'.  And of course I said yes!" I blurt out.

"That's so romantic!" Alex states.

Then Jennesa comes back in," girls we need to get ready!"

"Why?" We ask.

"To see if we're staying or leaving," she sighs.

"That's today?" I say immediately.

She nods.

We decided yesterday that we were going to wear black dresses.

When we got there we were directed on stage.

Finally all the groups got there and we started.

"Simon what's the first group out of three that your taking?" A girl asked him.

"I'm going to take... The Trips!" He announced.

The crowd cheers. I stand there scared.

"The second group?" She asks.

"I'm taking..." He pauses.

"You have ten seconds!" She says.

And the timer starts.

10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1

"I'm taking... Rioters!" He says.

I look at the other girls, as the crowd once again cheers, I can tell we're all nervous.

"Simon make your final decision?" She tells him.

He doesn't reply.
