Late Friday, French president Francois Hollande declared a state of emergency and closed all borders after terrorist gunmen opened fire at multiple locations in central Paris, killing dozens of people. French media have reported as many as 100 hostages are being held at a rock concert in The Bataclan hall where the California band Eagles of Death Metal was playing.
