Recently I was on WhatsApp for all who use it. I was on it when I saw a message came in the girl guide group chat.
This was the message:
Man: God can I ask you a question?
God: sure.
Man: Promise you won't get mad?
God: I promise.
Man:Why did you let so much stuff happen to me today.
God: What do you mean?
Man: Well I woke up late.
God: Yes
Man: My car took forever to start.
God: Okay
Man: At lunch they made my sandwich wrong and I had to wait.
God: hmmm
Man: on my way home my phone went dead as soon as I picked it up.
God: Alright
Man: To top it all off when I arrived home all I wanted to do was soak my feet in my new foot massager, but I wouldn't work. Why did you let all these stuff happen to me today?
God: The death angel was at your bed this morning, and I had to send one of my angels to fight him. So I let you sleep through that.
Man: oh
God: I didn't let your car start because they're was a drunk driver that was on your route that would have hit you.
Man: ( ashamed )
God: The first person who made your sandwich was sick and I didn't want you to catch a cold, I knew you couldn't afford to miss work.
Man: okay
God: Your phone went dead because the person that was going to give false witness about what you said on the call. I didn't even want you talking to them so you would be covered.
Man: I see God
God: oh and the foot massager had a shortage that would throw out all the power in your house. I didn't think you would want to be in the dark.
Man: I'm sorry God
God: Don't be child. Just learn to trust me. In the good things and the bad. Don't ever doubt that the plan you have for yourself is better than the plan I have for you.
I think most of you get the gist of this little convo its to say that we should be patient and yo not judge our situation rite away and that God is always working things out in our favour. Though sometimes we may not see it.
For today I want us all to pray for ourselves pray for anything and everything and especially that the lord will open your eyes spiritually.
