Having Faith

Hello to all of you. I am sorry for this very late and well overdue update.

I had a couple of things out of personal experience that I had wanted to write on, but one really stuck out.

Early this morning at about 3:48 am, I was awoken by the sound of my phone ringing. I was like who could be calling me at this time to wake me out of my sleep. I saw my brother's name , so I answered it and I was like what do you want Kevin. He told me he was involved in an anaccident and I was to go and inform my daddy.

So after they sorted out a lot of stuff and my big brother had arrived home. He and my father got to talking, and my father said the good thing that came out of it was that my brother wasn't injured and anybody else.

But after my father saw the picture of the car, I could see the stress on his face and at that moment I remembered a scripture,Mathew 6:25-27.(please read it.) And I told my father not to worry it will all work out.

For I don't know much about cars but I know the damage was bad and daddy had to pay for it. I then started to sing a song to daddy it goes like, With Christ in the vessel we can smile at the storm, we can smile at the storm, we can smile at the storm. With Christ in the vessel we can smile at the storm as we go sailing home.

I know I couldn't give daddy much at that point, but what I could give is comfort in God's word and after I did that I went into my room I got on my knees and I prayed, I had faith that God doesn't give us more than we can bare and that God will work it out in the end.

I say that, to say this to all of you now .If there is anything happening in your life pray, if you feel its to much pray , if you feel the only solution for a problem is doing the wrong thing pray.

Let us all have faith, let us all not be afraid to pray to get down on our knees and confess our sins and beg for forgiveness, then to turn away from our sins. Let us also not be afraid to dare to be like David ,to stand alone, to stand out amongst this world. I know it may be difficult, but its not impossible, let us all impact people in a big and positive way. Whether we are baptized or not as long as we believe in God, we have faith in him and we have faith in ourselves, with god it will all work out.
