Zayn

I let him in. I was not sure if it was a good or a bad action but he was not leaving. It was the first time he talked to me. Humans have this word, friend, that was not what we were, but I actually had a sort of admiration for him. He had a bad reputation but a good heart and mind.

His curly hair was bigger than I remembered, his green eyes looked at me behind his black sunglasses while he kept his wallet in the pocket of his black skinny jeans that looked a lot like mines, maybe more dirty than mines in fact. He was wearing a white blouse and I could see tattoos all over his arms and chest. He looked around and I felt like there was nothing I could do than stare at him.

"So... 4 months?" He said suddenly while he looked at me and sat on the couch.

I nodded I didn't even know how he knew those stuff but I knew I shouldn't ask it. He just knew it.

"I'm just here to talk to you about her." Harry looked at his hands and played with his rings. "You know when you leave you won't come back, right?"

"Why should you care?" I said without knowing how to stop my own words. " I know about that."

"Oh really? Because you know that and you're acting like you're not leaving her. You know what will happen when you leave."

I opened my mouth to answer but there was nothing I could say. He was right. I was leaving, there was no other option. Raphael was still my superior and I was still dead.

"I saw her and I talked to her. She cares too much about you and she will be broken when you leave." He took a deep breath and he looked around. " It's a big shit about bonds, you can't deal with it, specially if you've blood running through your veins."

I sat on the sofa. She knew that I was leaving, that was it. She knew it. She was "alright" with it. She would enjoy while I was here and never thinking on the future. This could work.

"She knows and..." I started before he interrupt me.

"And nothing will change. Zayn... You don't understand." I stand up and slipped his fingers tho his hair. " She will suffer because you think she is okay with it. She is not okay! Zayn, for god sake, she is loosing someone she loves."

"It can works."

"I will make sure it doesn't."

Alison

I should stop somewhere to buy something for Zayn. Christmas was the next stop and besides that my family would get together and it was one more problem on my "Alison's problem list". My dad would freak out my mom would tell me about the future and Zayn would be extremely confuse about everything. Sasha was the most peaceful one on Christmas, she just wanted the food.

I entered in a little store and walked to the Christmas part, Zayn didn't know a lot about Christmas so maybe I would teach him a bit about the season. Santa Claus, Christmas Tree and angels. Maybe he knew more than me about this last subject.

"Christmas shopping?" Louis' voice sounded like something disgusting for me. I was mad with him for everything.

"Yes."

He looked at me and smiled.

"You're mad at me."

"Probably."

He nodded and leaned his body on one of the shelves. His denim jacket looked good on him after all but he was still an idiot for what he did.

"Alison, I only let him try some stuff..."

"He didn't need to try anything." I almost yelled, thank god I had that reminder on my head, I was on public.  " Are you happy for put him on that situation?"

"Not being mean but he needs to explore. He doesn't know a lot. Weird for a 20 years old, or whatever his age is." He rolled his eyes. "I just showed him the fun part."

I walked to another part ignoring his stupid observations, there was a lot of stuff that Zayn could discover without putting himself in a bad mood. Libraries, galleries, the park. Being drunk or high was not a situation I would like to see him. Louis was a bad influence but I think Zayn developed a curiosity about him, he showed him something different and Zayn was a curious bastard.

That was not the right store to buy presents. I would give a comic book collection to Zayn, a necklace to my mom and to my dad a good wine, he appreciated those kinda things and I was terrible giving gifts.

"You know he agreed in drinking all those stuff. " Louis ran outside the store after me. I just couldn't believe he was chasing me. For real.

"I don't really wanna know." I said in a cold way.

I search in my mind where I could buy books and I drove myself to the nearest book shop. Always with Louis after me. I wouldn't give up that early.

"I'm sorry, okay?" His hand grabbed my arm before I could enter on the store and pulled me out of the area. Louis was serious this time. "I just wanted him to be in the group."

"Why are you trying so hard?" I questioned him." You don't know him!"

"Because I wanna reach you."

I froze from head to toe. Was he flirting me?!

"Stop it." I said.

"I miss you." He kept saying.

"Stop Louis!" My hands were shaking because he was getting on my nerves.

He crossed his arms and looked at me with a smirk.

"You like him, don't you?"

"Go away, now."

He looked around and I felt the irony on his voice when he spoke before he let me alone.

"Be happy with him, he won't make you that happy."

I took a deep breath before curse him with all the names I could before I get inside the store. Stupid. Idiot. He was just messing with my head. He just wanted a good time and messing with me. I wouldn't fall like I did before. My phone started ringing and made me forget for seconds how dumb I was for trusting Louis again

It was Zayn, probably found the washing machine or broke something.

"Hey." I greeted.

"I'm sorry." He said and the silence came after.
