Five years later
POV Adamaris
I'm walking down stairs on a Monday morning to make myself breakfast. Maybe even thinking about making Jaime and Rich some too. But to my surprise Jaime and rich was both up having a conversation at me.

"Hi honey" Jaime said as she sees me open the fridge. Good morning Jaime. Silence falls across

Why are they up? Was the only thing going through my mind. "Adamaris we're up because we have something to tell and before you ask yes you did say that out loud." Rich said.

Shoot I can't believe I just said that out loud. I say that with a lot of shock because I usually don't say the stuff I'm thinking.

"We were thinking you should go to school because and when we say this don't be offended but we think you need friends Adamaris." Said Jaime.

"Why do I need to go to school to make Friends just kick me out the house after 3:30pm." I say to them as they both look at me in shock as a five year old girl knows when the only middle school in town gets out. "How do you know what time the middle school gets out?" Rich asked. "And why do you want to be friends with middle schoolers?" Jaime added. I look at them both shocked as they think I'm that dumb as I say "I know you guys were thinking of sending me to school and for a five year old with a very high IQ as me, I thought you would send me to middle school."

As Jaime looks at me with so much shock Rich decided to say something. "Well think again Adamaris we signed you up for forth grade and you're first day is today so in a few hours we are going to drop you off at the school you will be attending." I look at them and think "are you flipping crazy oh and thanks for a week's notice"

ARE YOU GUYS SERIOUS!!!!! I say yelling at them. "You guys think I'm that stupid."I say as I turn around and Storm up the stairs to my room. I slammed my door with all my force and put on my headphones and start blasting my music.

Two and a half hours later Jaime walks into room. I was thinking about why she would walk into my room but then I sadly remembered that I got school today even knowing that school started a month ago. "Adamaris I'm sorry for not telling sooner about this school thing and I know your thoughts on this is bad but please just give it a chance?" Jaime asked. Without answering I get my bag with my pencils and notebooks in it and go down stairs.

Jaime trailed behind me trying to keep up. We got downstairs and she told Rich to follow us to the car. We all get in the car and they ask me "adamaris where are going?" I take off my headphones and ask them to repeat the question.

Rich asked me in the clearest and the most calming voice ever "where are we going Adamaris?" Then they both turn to look at me as I say " I don't know where you two are going but I'm going to school and waste my time learning the stuff I already know."
