T H E  N E X T  S T E P

NOTE: Stories that were previously submitted with the ProjectYou hashtag will still hold a place in the reading lists, you will not require to change your hashtag or sticker! However please make note of the profile change as others will be redirected to an unknown page if looking for ProjectYou!

The first step in promoting and supporting this movement is easy as one, two, three. By simply adding the hash tag #ProjectHeartwork to the 'about' section of your Wattpad profile page is a little action that will spread something so big and share the word around.

For those who have had or are currently writing stories that are under the criteria of #ProjectHeartwork, all collate together as a group of books that can help those around us. These stories allow the community to understand that they are nowhere near alone and that the support of many friends, family and strangers are available. Add #ProjectHeartwork to your story's tags and add the cover sticker to your book (this can be found in the 'about' section of the Project Heartwork profile page).

Any stories that are tagged will be added to the reading lists and have a chance at being personally promoted. If lack of being added to a reading list, please PM and notify the profile with the title of your nominated story and it will be added.

ProjectHeartwork Story Criteria:

- A personal or fictional story;

- A character's act of self-harm or suicide;

- A character's battle with mental health problems;

- A character's support in mental health prevention (depression and anxiety due to day-to-day acts of others);

- A character's battle with bullying;

- A character's mental health affected by abuse;

- A character's struggle with sexual orientation.

These stories are not limited to just English; all languages are welcome! You may also enter multiple stories with the hashtag!
