It was a Thursday afternoon and Joel had been invited by Jon to tape a live episode of "On The Spot" with a couple of other co-workers. Joel wasn't in the mood to do it, but decided to do it for Jon. Joel liked Jon, but not in the way he liked Ray. Joel then thought back to last night, when Ray had that tiny argument with Tina, and started to smile a little bit. "Hey!!", Jon exclaimed while pointing at Joel's face, "You're smiling, I haven't seen you smile in months! Is it the excitement of being on my show?" Everyone on the set was looking at them now, wearing their own smiles on their faces. "Yeah,", said Joel, "I love being on you're show, Jon!". He then put on a less genuine smile, and started to walk to the stage, where he took his seat.
Just then Gavin sat down next to him, "Hey Joel! I've got some exciting news, want to hear?" "I guess," Joel said with a wary look on his face. "There is going to be a special guest on the show-" "Michael isn't a special guest Gavin," "No, not him. Let me finish! He hasn't been here in a while, and he'll be on your team!". Joel then started to get nervous and finally asked his British friend, "Who?".
"Ray! He should be here any minute now!".
