Chapter 13

Bella's POV

I couldn't take it anymore.

We finally got home. Chloe is back home and is in her room. Thats where she belongs.

I look over at her. She's snuggled up in her bed like a small dog would be. I smile to myself.

"Clo?" I ask seeing if she was still awake.

"Ya Bell?" She said and turned her face to me.

"I'm going out for a while. I need to go take care of something. I'll be back in 1 hr if I'm not," I say pausing as I look at her with all seriousness," call 911."

She looked so confused. After 10 seconds we bursted out into a fit of laughter.

"No but seriously ill be back." I say getting up. She just nods and goes back to sleep.

I get my keys and walk out the door.

I get to the house and sit in the driveway for a while.

How am I going to do this.

I finally get out the car and walk to the door. I knock and here footsteps. My palms are sweating. Ew!

"Bella?" I look up and see him.

"Zack! Uh hey..." I say almost too excited.

"Hey there beautiful. What are you doing here?" He lets me in and I sit on the couch.

"Well I wanted to come and say hi."

"Mmm should I believe you?" He says sitting next to me.

I take a deep breath and finally ask.

"What are we?" I say with my head low.

He looks at me with wide eyes. "Erm.. Uh-what.?"

"What. Are. We.?" I say more firmly. I looked at him and his face was in his hands.

"Oh- uh-I mean- what do you think we are?" He said with an annoyed tone.

"IF I KNEW I WOULDN'T ASK!" I yell as he jumps because of my tone.

"I thought we were just friends.. Just close friends you kno-" I cut him off.

"Yah okay." And before I knew it I was out his house tears in my eyes.

"No wait Bella!" He says grabbing before I get into my car.

"Don't touch me!" I say already crying.

"Look, I didn't know you wanted to be something more! I thought we were playing around!" I could see tears in his eyes.

I let him pull me into a hug. I know he did that so I wouldn't run. I took a deep breath and stop crying.

"Bells I'll do anything for you. Except break up with Chloe. That's the only exception." He said it so calm.

I couldn't get words out. I froze.

HE'S DATING CHLOE?! WHAT?!

I finally could get words out.

"Uh- yah of course. You guys are happy right? Good." I didn't want him to see me crying. I jump into my car and drive. I don't know where but I drive.

CHLOE HOW COULD YOU! I KNOW YOU LOVE HIM BUT I THOUGHT YOU SAID YOU WANTED ME HAPPY!

I end up at the top of a cliff. I sit in my car before I get out. I fall to my knees and cry. I feel the rocks and dirt on me but I wanted to crawl into a hole....

Zack's POV

No no no! WHAT DID YOU DO!

I get into my car and drive. I know I can't find her but I try. I shouldn't have told Bella about Chloe's and I relationship so soon. Before Bella got to my house Chloe and I were on FaceTime and I asked her if she wanted to be my girlfriend. Chloe was more than excited. I love her. But I think I love Bella too.

I stop at a field of dead grass to think.

I get a text from Bella.

Bella: I'm sorry. I can't live anymore I love you.

I saw the picture she sent me. It was of her on the edge of a cliff....
