Chapter 28

Zack's POV

It'd been almost an hour on this stupid plane. I hate planes they feel so dirty. I look to my right and I see Bella snuggled with Chloe.

I bury my face into the pillow and groan just thinking of all the things that went wrong in the last 2 days. I don't mean to ignore Bella I just don't know what to say...

I wish I was with Chloe. I tried to make things work between Bella and I but I can't. It's like anything I do she watches or blushes at. I'm not going to lie sometimes it's cute but I'm not into her. She needs to know that I'm with Chloe and only Chloe. I love her.

If only she understood. I wish she did, because then I wouldn't have to feel so awkward around her.

I turn my head slightly to see Chloe awake and looking at her phone. Only to feel a nudge at my left shoulder. I turn my head with slight annoyance. There is a small girl in the aisle. I suddenly feel all my annoyance and anger wash away when I look at her small smile. She giggles and waves.

"Hey there little one," I say with a smile,"where's your mommy?" I ask looking around. "She's ova der!" She squeals and points to the seat in front of mine. When I look at her small ponytails sticking out her head and small teeth I can help but feel warmth in my heart. I start thinking about Chloe and I having kids. I mean we did graduate High School and she's going to collage soon. Hopefully in about 2 years we will have a little one running around our new house.

I did buy a house for Chloe and I. I just didn't tell her yet. I love her so much. When it's our 2 year anniversary I want her to spend the rest of my life with me. Hopefully I can ask her to be mine forever and we will live happily. "Riley!" I'm snapped back into reality by a young women calling for her daughter.

The little girl, which I'm assuming is Riley, turns over to in front of us, "yes mommy?" She asks with a smile little smile. I can't see the woman's face but I know she's loving. She sounds so sincere and warm. Riley giggles and hugs the mom. "Who were you talking to sweetie?"

"This man. I don't know who he is but he looked kinda sad so I wanted to cheer him up!" She said with a small nervous smile. That causes me to almost awe out loud. "Hun, you can't talk to strangers remember?" She mom says a little more serious. "Sorry mommy..." She says with a sigh. I chuckle and the woman turns around with a sorry smile.

My eyes went completely wide and I felt my breathe hitch. I can tell she did the same. This can't be happening. Not now.
"E-Erika?!"

A/N: I'm not going to really explain anything because you will soon see who Erika is in the story. You guys will see an insight of Zack's past. What happened between him and Erika?
