Chapter 29

Zack's POV

"E-Erika?" I stutter out realizing I've been staring at her wide eyed for a while. She seemed just as shocked as I was. Erika opened her mouth to speak but shut it right before.

"Meet Riley. Riley meet Zack." She said trying to smile obviously for the small child. I put a smile on too. "Hi Zack! How do you know my mommy?" She asked casually. I felt my heart beating fast.

"Well we-" I was cut off by the airplane speaker. "Ladies and Gentlemen we are about to land. Please sit down in your seats and put on your seat belts. Welcome to Hawaii!" I looked back down at the girl. She had a worried little look on her face. I knew i couldn't explain to her the truth so i just let Erika sit Riley back down.

"Bye Zack." Erika said bluntly snatching the small child up into the seat next to her. "Mommy! I was-"
"Riley please sit down. We will be there shortly." Erika cut her off. I shook my head and fell back into my seat.

Erika has a child?! She's only 19 like us! Wow. I wonder who knocked her up...

•Flashback to 3 years ago. Third Person•

"Are you okay?" Zack asked. The girl looked up from her drink. Her eyes puffy from crying. "Me?" She questioned. Zack just smiled trying to make her feel better. "Of course you. My names Zack." He said cheerfully.

"Erika with a k. And I'm fine really. What brought you to this party anyways?" She says wiping away the tears. "Well for starters this is my brothers house. My brother is Ethan. And I got bored at home. How bout you?" Zack asks speaking louder because the music is blasting.

"Well your brother invited me. Him and I were sort of a thing. But we got into an argument and I just don't feel like I want that asshole anymore... No offense." Erika says rolling her eyes. Zack just laughs.

"None taken. I know how he is. Trust me I grew up with him. But at 17 he decided to move out. What a bitch." He says chuckling.

Erika laughs with him until she smirks. She places her hand on his and sips her beer.

"Hey um, how about we go upstairs into a room? That sound good?" She says in a seductive tone. Zack just smirks and leads her up the stairs.

They get into the room and they crash their lips together. "We won't remember this tomorrow you know." Zack says into the kiss.

"Nope." Erika says popping the 'p' at the end. And the night went on.

•1 month after that night.•

"Maybe if you weren't like your brother I wouldn't have to yell at you!" Erika screamed. "Don't compare me to that asshole! I did nothing wrong. Just stayed out one night and now you think I slept with another girl?!" Zack yells back. "We aren't even dating why the fuck do you care?! When did I say I loved you anyways?!"

"WELL YOU'RE A MAN SLUT OF COURSE I DO! I THOUGHT YOU LOVED ME. YOU BITCH" She throws a shirt at him. "GET OUT I NEVER WANT TO SEE YOU AGAIN!" She yells and points to the door. "Good. For all I know you're pregnant."

Zack storms out the door and leaves Erika to cry. Zack gets into his car and never turned back.

•Present Zack's POV•

I'm knocked out of thought when I heard Chloe say that my luggage is on the belt. I pick them up and we start going to the exit of the airport and to a taxi.

Did I really just remember all that?!

"Babe this lady wants to talk to you?" Chloe questions. I turn around to see Erika.

"I'll be back." I say thru my teeth and pulls Erika and the small child away from them.

"Get your hands off of me!" Erika whisper screams. "What do you want Erika. We were done." I say clenching my fists and my side.

"You got me pregnant at 16 you bastard! Meet your 3 year old child Riley!" She almost screams.

I look down at the small child.

"Daddy!" She squeals.
