Prologue
Cassandra Nicole Perez is just a simple girl who just want someone to love her. Cassandra is a weak girl kahit na siya ang tinaguriang princess. Yes she's a princess in their country.
But Cassandra has an asthma and the doctor said to her that she can die anytime. Maybe she can die tomorrow or maybe today.
But then hindi nya ininda ang sakit niya. She wants to go to school but her parents disagreed. Cassandra pleaded to them and lastly they agreed.
Then time comes that she fell in love with a "gangster" take note he's a "gangster". And then the gangster fall in love with her too.
They're always sweet, they date every week. But then, cassandra knew that the gangster is cheatting on him. And then cassandra and the gangster broke up. 3 days past, the gangster knew that she had an attack............................................
Will Cassandra live or die?
