Chapter 2: Birthday Again!

Alex's POV
Last year I only got to celebrate my birthday with my family, this year I want to celebrate it with Ally and Hermione. Hermione and I decided that we would collide Ally and my birthday together into one day. Ally didn't mind that idea. So we are planning on doing it tomorrow. Hermione was on her iPhone all night trying to get us a fancy restaurant. Hermione had her own pool in the yard so that's another thing we are going to do. Soon Ally and I fell asleep. When we got up we saw an owl with a newspaper waiting for us. Mione got up and paid and grabbed the newspaper off of the owl's foot. Hermione gasped. She handed the newspaper to me.

Last night at the Quiditch World Cup, the dark mark was found soaring thorough the sky. Harry Potter, fourteen and in Gryffindor, saw a man shoot it up into the sky but could re-call what he looked like. His friends, Liam and Ron with Ron's dad, Arthur, were also there to see it. The Ministry is telling everyone not to freak out. It was probably Sirius Black, Alex Black's father.
I wish they would stop bringing that up.
This Quiditch World Cup was a disaster but if you don't count the mark, the game was wonderful.  By the one and only Rita Skeeters.
I really hate Rita. She is so selfish and writes a bunch of lies.

When we got ready to go to the fancy restaurant for lunch I wore a sweetheart neckline dress that went down to my knees and as a belt it had diamonds (fake) under the neckline. Mine was red. I wore a bathing suit under it and I had flip flops in my bag. I had a gold polka dot iPhone case too. Ally wore the same dress but it was blue (kinda more cyan). She wore her bathing suit under it and had a galaxy iPhone case. She also had flip flops in her bag. She wore some insanely sparkly heels.
Once we got to the restaurant, Treat and Eat, we sat down at a wooden table with a white table cloth over top. Ally ate chicken soup and a cut in half potato. I ate chicken and mashed potatoes. Mione ate ribs and peas. It was yummy. Then we drove back to Hermione's house and ran to the back yard and climbed the fence. Once we were in there Ally, Mione, and I took off our dresses, laid out our flip flops and took off our heels. Then we jumped into the pool.
Ally's POV
We played water tag then we got out balloons. We filled them with water when I got an idea. When Alex and Hermione weren't looking I slipped some empty balloons into my bag for later. I looked at the water bottle and smirked. I quickly put my bag down and got a balloon and filled it with water. We were going to throw them at people but I wanted to hit Mione. It splashed Mione's face making her glare. Alex through one at me and then I through one at her. Hermione got me and I through one at her again. Then we halted to a stop when we heard the neighbors walk out. Hermione's neighbor was a boy two years older than us. His parents were still inside the house. We through the balloons we had in our hands and they smacked his face with water. He glared at us and stormed off. We burst out laughing.
