I sat up in bed in a cold sweating  adjusting my damp shirt, What was that? I questioned as I rolled out of bed lazily. I sighed softly and rubbed my head a little... I got up and opened the door slightly and peeped into my my baby brother Paps room. He was still fast asleep, I smiled and my heart heaved a sigh of relief. I take a whiff of air and smell pancakes, I quietly went down the staircase. "morning dad~" I smiled as I peeped into the kitchen. "mornin' Sans, How did you sleep bud?" The tall man spun around hearing his sons voice. "I slept ok.... I had a weird dream though..." I smiled up at my dad.

"what did you dream about?" Dad asked while flipping the pancakes,"well...  like... I was in a laboratory or something.... It was dark... there where creatures talking..." I responded with a slight shiver. "Hm strange set the table hun" He patted my head. I quickly got the utensils and plates excited to finally have breakfast with dad since hes usually so busy.

From upstairs echoed it sounded like pounding feet, Sans and His dad chuckled slightly. "GOOOOOOOD MORNING~" a door opened with a bang and little Paps came down the stairs with a thud on each step. "hey Paps" Sans picked up his little brother and snuggled him. "Saaaaaannns" Papyrus squeaked hugging his brother tightly. "time for breakfast~" Dad called.

The two boys ran and sat down at the table, there dads serving them pancakes. "Dad! when was the last time we got to eat breakfast with you?" Paps asked. "its been far too long Paps" He smiled trying to remeber the last time... "dad! Promise to do this more often?" Sans asked.

He smiled, "of course bud" He smiled softly

There was suddenly a knock at the door, "come in" He called. "Gaster?" The king peared in. "your Majesty! Ill be there in a moment" Gaster sighed. "sorry boys" He kissed them both on the head. "you go be a super hero dad~" Paps smiled. "Sans, your the head of the house now. prove to me that i can leave you in charge" He smiled getting his lab coat and leaving with Asgore.

The two sigh, "it was good while it lasted" Sans finished eating. Sans smiled "paps do you need any help with your homework?" Sans took his plate to the sink. "No~ I'm good" Paps smiled.

"Any results yet?" He turned to him "yeah, he can see the future... He's gifted..." I responded. "Fate has decided him then... Poor thing... So much suffering... Before a single drop of light..." He sighed softly.

"He's strong, I know he can take it..." I smiled grimly. "If this experiment fails... Please watch over him" I say quietly. "I will as long as I can... Before I forget..." He says grimly. "W-what???!!!" I stop him in his tracks.

"To start this all into motion, Gaster... He makes a fatal mistake..." He admits. "Asgore! Don't do this! Not now!!! Please! Stop him! I can't bare my son to feel so much pain..." tears welled in Gasters eyes...
