Seven years ago Violet was left on the steps of Hecker's Orphanage in New York state. As poor Violet waited for someone to notice her out on the steps the winds began to stir, the sky blackened, and thunder rolled like an avalanche down a mountain. Violet cried as loud as she could but it was hard for anyone to hear her. Finally after the thunder quieted down some a nun heard her. The nun brought her inside quickly. Inside the basket was only a note saying the baby's name and money for the orphanage fee.
The first two years of Violet's life she was on and off sick. One day reaching for heaven the next as healthy as an ox. When she was three years old her heart stopped for eight seconds. But after technically dying she no longer became sick. In fact she got stronger. She was as the doctor called her... "A medical miracle".
