Climbing Mountians

Chapter 7

The plane landed on a bumpy gravel runway. The passengers bolted up as soon as the wheels made impact.

"Oy! I think I shook my brains," groaned Isa. Thalia and Anna- Marie rubbed their heads and nodded in agreement. The girls got off and walked through the jungle to get a jeep.

Danny drove through the beautiful, lush jungle looking for a city. They finally stumbled upon a city that had a post apocalyptic look and feel.

"It's worse than I thought she completely ruined it,"mumbled the grand mistress in disbelief. Everyone looked for locals and the princess. Anna wanted to cry but refused to, she had to stay strong.

"Hey guys! I found something! " yelled Thalia. The door opened to find a secret passage way.

"Good job Thalia! We have another clue!" Thalia beamed with pride. The stairs were ok and rotted and the passage smelled badly of rotting plants. At the end I the hall there was light, everyone rushed to it.

"Anna!!!!!!!!!" Screamed a couple who looked in their forties. Anna squinted then jumped with joy. She had found her parents!! Slowly but surely her memory came back. She was at her junior prom being crowned prom queen when people came to attack everyone. Anna's parents volunteered to help with the refreshments and got caught up on the chaos.

Anna-Marie ran up to her parents and kissed them on their cheeks and cried tears of joy.

"How sweet a family reunion," an unfamiliar voice cooed, "I am truly touched." A tall Amazonian woman walked down the steps. Anna pulled out her sword and pointed it at her.

"No need to be violent, I know what you are here for, your mommy and daddy. I can give them to you if you promise to stay in my village for the rest of your days."

"I can't do that!! What if I want to go home?"

"Too bad!!I had never had a village or a house to call to my own and I'm not about to give it to some punk dressed in geisha styled clothes!" The woman's icy tone echoed in the walls.

"Enough Sonoma," hissed the grand mistress,"you have proven yourself an unworthy leader and you don't deserve to rule like princess Tang Rei!"

"Well you all made a bad mistake of trying to challenge me. Let's duel!!" Sonoma pulled out a sword an waked Grand Master with precision and accuracy. The Grand master stumbled back in surprise but fought as if he was 20. Many guards came and battled, vowing to protect their mistress.Anna- Marie mushed her practices into one. She swung dodged and cut 50 solders in a swift circle. There was blood and dirt. Sonoma ran out the stairs.

"There she is! Get her!!!!" shouted Isa.

Anna- Marie ran out to Sonoma.

"Where do you think you're going?"

"No where but I know where you are going! In the earth dead!!" Sonoma swung at Anna, but Anna dodged hitting Sonoma in the back. Sonoma gave a yell of surprise and pain but swung and dodged. 

"Awwwww , poor Anna you though you can defeat me! You cannot you are nothing but a little girl!" Sonoma hissed. All of the tie Anna-Marie has been through came up in a rage she cut Sonoma on the side. Sonoma yelled bitterly and collapsed. The princess, Isa , Thalia, The Grand couple , and her parents came to see Sonoma. 

"I.....I didn't mean to kill her I....I..," before Anna finished Sonoma spoke.

"You win Anna." Anna held Sonoma until she closed her eyes.

Epilouge

Everyone cheered as Anna climbed on stage while the faces looked at her. Her parent's eyes were filled with tears and her friends smiled and clapped. Ms. Olgy and her granddaughter beamed as the applause died down. The man held a tiara just for Anna she smiled as they placed it on her head. For the first time  Anna was a princess.
