I looked on my phone to see my notifications blast like fire. I turn my internet off and scroll to the bottom.

I couldn't believe it. Calum hood just followed me. I go onto my photo and see the first comment.

@Calumhood: its great to see we do that ;-)

He. Replied. With. A. Winkyface. I couldnt believe it. I quickly dm'ed.

@calumhood: Its fine really. Anyway... How's everything going??

@Summer_Love: Umm. Great now that i have one of my idols talking to me.

My heart skippped a bit as he typed his last reply for the night. Gee, he probably won't talk to me again. Im way to out of his league to be spoken to...

But i definitely do pray that he will talk to me again.

Calum's Point Of View

Following Summer was probably a good idea for me. She seemed sweet and worked hard to get my follow, I mean, that's what I want fans to understand. That you can't just take things for granted, and you have to work to get your dreams to come alive, just like what we did to get to where we are today.

"Boys, it's time for soundcheck." I hear Paul say as I glance up, interrupting my thoughts.

"Calum, you need to get off that phone. Okay mate." Ashton pipes up.

"Okay Ash" I laugh, rolling my eyes at him.

"Now that's rude Cal. Boys! Phones in the safe now!" Ashton shouts, also interrupting Luke and Michael.

We all sigh and mutter, "Yes Dad", as we put our iPhones into the safe. Ashton also places his phone in and he locks the safe up. After a tune of sounds coming from Ashton locking the safe, we hear Paul say again, "BOYS!!! LAST CALL TO SOUNDCHECK!!!". We all laugh as we all rush up to the stage, seeing a massive crowd of fans here for the soundcheck experience.

I get my bass from the guitar stand, and hook it into the speaker system. I walk up to my mic and shout through, "G'day everyone".

I hear the fans scream, and a clear giggle from Ashton.

"Wassupppp, everyone. Who's ready to hear the best part of the band perform."

The crowd again screams.

"Bro, the beat part isn't the best, its the melody that's better." Michael shouts.

"Well, without us, you wouldn't even have anything good enough for the songs." Ashton retorts "Calum, lets prove them wrong."

Ashton starts off with a simple bass drum beat, followed by the snares, and tom toms. Once Ashton adds some cymbols, I follow with a nice bass riff. The crowd claps to the amazing beat we created, and we go on for another minute then stop.

"That's sounds good Cal, but nothing can beat of amazing guitar skills." Luke says.

"Luke give me somethings up beat."

Luke starts off with a fancy melody and Michael follows with some cliché rock guitarist stuff. The crowd cheers and claps, but not quite as loud as Ashton and I. It goes on for another minute then stops.

"Everyone cheer for Lucas and I" Michael shouts.

A massive roar from the crowd begins.

"Now who goes for team lovin' the rhythm." Ashton screams, attempting to pump the crowd up.

This of course works, with a louder scream.

"Team lovin' the rhythm for the win!!" I shout.
