The Buried Secrets 2

Chapter 5

Maggie lead the girls down the hallway back to the room. "Who was that?" Savanna asked Maggie.

"Jamie"

"We know her name is Jamie Maggie. We want to know more about her." Haley said.

Maggie opened the door to the room and turned to face the girl. "She was captured by A and forced to be his or her assistant. But she's never actually seen it in person, A just gives her the directions, and if she doesn't then A kills...and worse, her family"

The girls looked at Maggie shocked. "That's so terrible," Maggie nodded.

 As she stepped into the room she noticed five different dresses hanging on the wall. Each one had a piece of paper attached to it with a message. Maggie walked over to them and turned around to face the girls. "How nice, A made us all dresses"

"Or bought them," Haley said trying to ease the tension. The girls walked over and stood around the dresses to see what they read.

Savanna walked over to the dress that read her name and pulled off the piece of paper. "For Savanna, the girl who likes her boyfriend, but deep down she knows he doesn't like her back." Savanna shook her head and crumbled it up. "This is so stupid". Her dress was a black maxi.

Haley stepped forward and pulled hers off. "The girl who tries too hard, and is never good enough for her parents." Haley stared at her piece of paper for a moment and ripped in half. "When we find out who A is I'm going to kill him or her"

"If we ever do," Quinn said. Haley's dress was a black bubble dress, with some black glimmer in spots.

Quinn ripped her piece of paper off the dress and read hers. "The girl who tries too hard, while never be a good sister, or friend". Quinn furrowed her eyebrow and looked at her dress. It was a black crop top with a black skirt.

Emily took her piece of paper and ripped it without even looking at it. Her dress was a long black maxi dress, with white stripes in some spots. 

Finally, Maggie grabbed her dress. It was a tight black tent dress. She grabbed her paper and read it. "Finally, the leader of the clique. Maggie, the Queen Bee who was always the worst. She was a bully, and a fraud." Maggie looked at all the other girls for a moment before grabbing her dress. "Well, I guess were supposed to put them on?"

Quinn nodded and noticed one more note on the floor below the dresses. She bent down and picked it up. It read, "All of you are invited to the ball tonight. Wear your dresses." 

Maggie frowned and sat down on the bed. Suddenly the door opened. It was Jamie. "Hello, girls". She was smiling way to happily, making it easy to tell she was brainwashed. "Your rooms are ready!"

The girls stared blankly at Jamie as if she just spoke another language. "Follow me, please!"

"What if we don't?" Emily asked. 

Jamie's smile disappeared off her face. "You don't want to know." 

Jamie motioned for them to grab their dresses and follow her. The girls followed her out the door and into the hallway. When they reached the first door Jamie told only Quinn to come in. When Quinn stepped in her mouth almost dropped open. It was an exact replica of her room. Everything was the same. The paint, the lamps, the bed sheets, even the scratches on the walls. "How did A do this?" Quinn asked. 

Jamie smiled brightly. "Master can do anything" Jamie smiled brightly and stepped outside, closing the door behind her. 

Quinn tried to open the door, but it was locked. She turned around and ran towards the window and slammed the glass with her lamp, but the outside of the window was just concrete. "HELP!" she screamed, but no one could save her.

Haley turned around. She heard Quinn's screams coming from the room. "What did you do to her?!" Haley yelled at Jamie. 

"Oh, I did nothing!" Jamie said. She continued walking down the hallway towards the next door. It was decorated just like Haley's room. It was painted white with pink flowers all over it. 

"I'm not going in," Haley said and turned around to face Jamie. 

"Do it now or pay the consequence. And I don't think that you want to know what that is." Jamie said and pushed her into the room. Haley turned around ready to attack Jamie put the door had already closed. She turned around and put her head in her hands. What kind of person was A? Why were they doing this to them? Haley put her lap and looked up. She was shocked. The room was an exact replica of her room. She walked over to her desk and looked at the pictures. They were pictures of her family, but they had blood on them. She picked up a note on the desk that was written in red. It said, "Do what I say, or another one goes down". Below the writing was a picture of her mom with exes for her eyes and blood coming out of her head. Haley fell back on the bed and cried. Her life was over.

Savanna, Emily, and Maggie huddled together. "She's taking us. One by one. A is. He's going to ruin us." Emily said worriedly, looking at the other girls. 

"Shh!" Maggie said motioning to the cameras. "A hears and sees everything."

"We can't just sit here and be taken and done who knows what to!" Savanna said.

Jamie looked at the girls and continued walking down the hall. Savanna and Emily stayed put. Maggie glared at both of them. "I'm not just going to let A put us in the dollhouse!" Savanna said. Emily nodded in agreement. 

Maggie glowered at both of the girls. "You don't understand you guys. You can't defy A." 

Jamie was already at the next door which was a dark brown, the color of Emily's door. She shouted down the hallway for them. "Last chance girls! If you don't follow the rules, I'll have to bring master into this!" 

"What's the worst A could do?" Savanna said and continued to wait in their spot. 

Maggie grabbed her. "You don-" Suddenly an alarm rang out. Not a normal alarm. An earsplitting noise that burst your eardrums. Savanna and Emily ran to follow Jamie. The alarm finally stopped ringing throughout the halls. 

"Now. Next person. Time for Emily." Jamie said. Emily walked into her room. It was the same as her room in real life. But, instead of little hearts there were skulls with blood running down them. Emily sat down on the bed and looked at the dress. How beautiful it was for such a terrible time.

Jamie walked towards the last door in the hallway. "And of course, Savanna. The last one, but not the least. Master told me to give you a special gift."Jamie handed her a cookie from her pocket. It was a chocolate chip with a red A in frosting on the top. It was an in pink baggie. Savanna nodded and opened her door and walked in. She tried opening the door again, but  it was locked. She turned around and looked. It was an exact replica, but she didn't have time to react because a voice when on the loud-speaks. An automated one. She listened carefully to what it said. "Please be ready in 30 minutes for the ball. And remember: never defy A."
