Ines:

"I remember it well; I lived in west Virginia, It was the spring of 1956.  I was young and I was in love with a man named Harris Anderson. Boy were we ever in love and we were almost married.

As a layed beside this man, I felt as though all my dreams would come true and I be happy. I never thought that I would end up losing my life or that Harris my love staged the entire thing.

On the eve of our wedding day, I went to see my grandmother because she couldn't make it. She was ever so happy when I told her.

"Oh darling! I only wish I could accompany you to your wedding."

"It's quite alright. Grandma I must go now."

I stepped out my grandmother's home only to find a tall gentleman waiting for me. He was nicely built, blonde hair and blue eyes.

"Hello Miss! Mr. Anderson asked me to pick up this evening."

I was very moved by this gesture of Harris's so I went along. Only I come to find out that this would lead to my death.

"Where are you taking me? This is not the way to the church!"

"Calm down please! I'm not going to hurt you. I'm just supposed to drive you to Harris."

"You better be telling the truth!"

This man who ever he is drove me to an abandoned house on a side of a hill. This was not a place that my Harris would want to meet me. But then I saw Harris exiting the house with with a large brown bag and what looked liked tools. It looked as though he was building and fixing up the house, but why when today was our wedding day? Why was he doing this when he had plenty of time to do this after the wedding. Why now of all days?! I stepped out the car and ran to him. The man driving drove away in a hurry like he was in a rush to get away from here. What was going on?! Harris smiled at me and then he continued to gather the things from the bag. I walked around the place and their were no other workers just my Harris.

"Harris what's going on? Why are you here and not at the church?" I said as I questioned him. He had a strange face when he glared at me and then he started hamming down at a piece of wood. "I'm building a house my love." He replied while I awaited there in my white gown.

"Why are you doing this? Have you forgotten it's our wedding day?"

"No I haven't forgotten... but the wedding's going to have to wait"

I paused for a moment and then I questioned him about the wedding and what he just said. That's when expression turned cold and I saw a side to this man that I never wanted to see. It started to get cold as I felt the breeze from the waves of the ocean. What did he mean by that and what in the world was going on in this man's head? He got up and walked me over to the edge of the hill, we looked down and across the field to admire the view. But then he turned to look at me and I swear I saw the devil in his eyes, my Harris wasn't there anymore but what remained was a monster.

He kissed me one last time and the next thing I knew I was falling to my death at the bottom of the ocean.  When I had awoken I was on a boat traveling across the eastern seaboard on the Atlantic ocean accompanied by a few sailors and what appeared to be fugitives. But the one who stood out in particular was the man with the long silver hair. He was different, I have never seen't anyone like him before. He was tall wearing very fancy attire and black dress shoes. But what stood out to me the most was his eyes; they were an usual color a color that no one in the world that a person would have and from then on I knew that this man was not human.  He smiled at me and it was like I was drawn to him, It was like I could feel his aroma all around me. When he walked towards me; I immediately froze. It was like I couldn't move any longer, he sat beside and just smiled. I hated that smile but when I stared at him I noticed that he was indeed beautiful. His skin was so perfect, no scars or bruises nothing but clear skin. I wanted to talk but I couldn't, my throat was dry and I felt uncontrollably thirsty.
