Hey guys! This imagine was requested by @awilson000 ! I really hope you guys enjoy it! My requests are still open!

"Aren't you excited for the pier?" Hayes asked me. "Yep, words can't describe how excited I am!" On the outside, I was filled with adrenaline. But on the inside, I was shitting bricks.

I always have loved the easy rides, but super fast and bumpy rides make me feel uncomfortable. Oh, heights are not in my book either. They never are.

"So what ride do you wanna go on first Abby?" I pushed up my glasses and tilted my head up to look at the signs. "The swings look pretty fun!" I said persuasively. "Then let's do it!" Hayes said.

"I like the feeling of wind on my face, it feels nice", I chanted. Hayes was staring at the colorful booths of games as if it was his greatest desire to win something for me. "Do you wanna go over there Abby?" I marveled in wonder at the booths. "I don't see why not?"

After we stopped at a couple of booths, One of them caught Hayes's eyes and we walked straight over there. "Abby I really wanna win you that toy!"
"Alrighty then".

After about 3 tries, he was able to get the ring on the bottle. "YAY" "which one do you want?", he asked me. "OOH the giant turtle!" The lady in the booth reached for the turtle and gave it to Hayes who then gave it to me.

"Since all of the other rides are about to close, do you wanna go on the Ferris wheel with me?" He asked innocently.
I had a small look of worry on my face as we were about to walk to the short line.

Hayes quickly noticed the shock wave that was sent through me. "Abby, You don't have to be scared, you have me, I won't let anything happen to you". Soon after, we were now first in line for the Ferris wheel, and the boy running the ride was giving me heart eyes. But Hayes was sending him hairy eyes instead. Once we got onto the platform, the boy set us in the bars and we went up it the air.

"This is a really nice view, Isn't it, Abby". I was currently shaking due to my fear and the fact that it was nearly 55 degrees outside. "It-It ssure isss" Hayes looked over at me. "Abby, why didn't you tell me you were cold?" He said with a pang of guilt. Hayes instantly took off his jacket and gave it to me to wear. "Thank you for your jacket Hayes, but it's not just because I'm cold, but I'm forgot to tell you that I'm also afraid of heights. I wanted to see you happy Hayes." He suddenly grew a sad face. "Abby, I only did it because I thought you would like it, but your feelings should come before mine."

Right after he said that, the Ferris wheel cart came to a stop and it made a loud noise. I was starting to shake and Hayes saw my hands shaking.

"Abby, give me your hand, I know your scared, we'll get off of it soon, I promise".

I caressed my fingers with his, gripping half tightly to his the top of his hand. I could feel my heart beat pace decrease. And I just realized that this is the first time that Hayes had held my hand throughout the weeks we were dating!

"Thank you Hayes, you make me feel safe", and as I said that I curled up into his chest and he wrapped his arms around my back.
