I rub my eyes and leaned up; I turned over to see Sassy still sleeping. It was early maybe about seven in the morning, what time did mother say the meeting was, did she say? I climbed from the bed and jumped into the shower. Foam and water shot down on me and I took a quick shower.
“Axel, are you in there?” Sassy called to me from the bathroom door.
“Yea, Im just getting out of the shower.”
“I need to talk...”
I wrapped a towel around my waist and dried my hair. I walked outside into my room and Sassy was covering herself with a blanket.
“Axel, I love you” Sassy said to me softly her hair still a mess and her lips smudged slightly.
“I love you too, is everything alright?” I sat next to her and rested my hand on hers. She was cold and had goosebumps.
“No, Axel I was a virgin, I wasn’t ready for that.” She gulped and moved her hand. “It was nice, but I was nervous.”
“I was a virgin too, Im glad that I could share my first time with you though.”
“Axel, stop it.” She stood up pulling the blanket with her, “I was waiting for marriage.” I gulped when she said that, maybe I was taking our relationship to quickly.
“Sassy Im sorry…” I stood up and held onto her hands, “I love you.”
“Axel, I will see you later.” She picked up her dress and walked into my bathroom.
“Sassy…I will see you later…” I pulled a suit from my closet and got dressed quickly. With a final adjustment I walked outside into the hallway and to Benjamin’s room and I knocked on his door.
“What do you- Ohh hey Axel.” He spoke softly like he wasn’t trying to wake someone.
“I need to talk to you.” I heard my door shut and Sassy walked past me and into the elevator.
“Sure buddy, come inside.” I nodded and he moved out of the way. I walked into his room, he had the same colored walls but the arrangement was different. “So what’s your problem?”
“I slept with Sassy...” I rubbed my hands on my thighs.
“You did what?” Benjamin widened his eyes and plopped down on his bed.
“Sassy and I slept together…”
“Buddy…sounds like you are in trouble.” He snickered and I shot him a glare.
“And now she is mad at me! How does that happen?” I look at him. I ran a hand though my hair and bang my head on the chair.
“Don’t break my chair.” He said to me and he stood up, “Girls are just weird, they love you one moment then you find out that they were cheating on you with an older guy.”
“Did…did Paige cheat on you?”
“No, one of my ex’s did.” He drank some water and tossed the bottle against the wall.
“I don’t know what to do anymore…” I paused and stood up, “What would you do?”
“I wouldn’t have sex with her.” He snickered and pulled out a suit from the closet. “I need to get dressed, I will help you later ok?”
